We have stayed here several times in fact we own a week of time share here in a gorgeous three bedroom. We love to stay here. The only bad thing about it is a really lousy pool. They were supposed to build two more towers and a much bigger, nicer pool but the economy banished those plans. Marriott, please build a nice pool here somewhere!

After struggling to find a vegas hotel on the strip within our budget with either two adjoining rooms or a suite, we found this little gem. The location is fantasic, right in the middle of the strip but back a few hundred yards (which means it is a litle quiterer too). The rooms were very nice, spacious, and very good value. The hotel does not have a restaurant but it does have a small shop and the kitchen in the rooms is excellent, and of course Vegas is on your doorstep so you wont be short of places to eat. We had a great view looking towards the City Centre, and the pool, though small, did have another great view over the strip.

All in all a very good choice for a family of 5 - would go back again.

Wow can only describe the rooms

Ok these are not just hotel rooms but small apartments, well not even small apartments, distant sized apartments with all the trims. This without a doubt would be the best valued Marriott Hotel that we have stayed in the world. The room that we stayed in on the 28th level had a main bedroom with king sized bed and spa sized bath, separate shower. Whilst the 2nd bedroom had two queen sized beds, the dining table seated 6 and had a reasonable sized kitchen which was fully equipped. Windows do not open, but there is an opening vent for fresh area which was cleverly constructed in the widow frame. Wifi was free, lobby was elegant and there is a small but well stock shop. Roof top pool was small. One block off the strip, but still close enough to all the action. Great 180 degree views. Friendly staff

The room was as we expected from Marriott Vacation Club Resorts. They were roomy, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoy the kitchen, easy breakfasts before hitting the strip. The car parking process was easy and very trustworthy. I accidentally left money in the car and they put it in the glove box and mentioned it to me when I picked it up. The pool was small, but not very crowded, so that worked out fine.

It would be nice if there was a restaurant on the property, but I guess they expect most people will go to other hotels/casinos.

We stayed in a Studio room.We are members of the Marriot Asia Pacific Club and we used our shares to stay in this Marriot property for 4 days:
The good thing about this hotel:
1) It has a small kitchen even for the studio room equipped with microwave,coffeemaker,bread toaster, ice bucket, utensils,plates and bowls.
2) The studio apartment has a huge king size bed and a king size pull out sofa bed.Easily a couple and 2 kids can fit into the studio room
3) just across(less than 5 minutes) walk to Miracle Mile Mall of Planet Hollywood
4) It costs only $16 to get from the airport to this hotel by taxi
5) Its near Bellagio,Paris, Caesars Palace,MGM, Polo, etc.
6) Theres no casino in this hotel so its really meant for families
7) Free Internet
Negative Side: needs Improvement
1) Activities offered by the hotel are mostly for families with young children ;
2) You have to pay extra if you want your room to be cleaned everyday(average $15 for a studio room).You can however request for fresh towels
3) Toiletries are limited compared to other Marriot hotels.I only saw 1 face soap, 1 soap ,1 shampoo and 1 conditioner;
4) Pool is definitely very small for a huge property like Marriot
5) No restaurant altho theres a small store at the lobby(prices however are expensive)

Tips:
1) You can try restaurants at the nearby Miracle Mile Mall for your meals
2) There are 2 ABC stores(much like 7 eleven) at Miracle Mile where u can buy drinks, sandwhiches even some fruits and other gift items. Its much cheaper to buy here than other stores along the strip

We recently traveled to Vegas with our two elementary school children. I chose not to stay at a strip resort so that we could avoid the smokey casinos, solicitors and long lines. We decided on this resort because I am generally a fan of the Marriott brands. I won't stay elsewhere in Vegas, with or without the kids. The location is perfect, directly across Harmon from the Miracle Mile Shops. The one bedroom villa was perfect. The kids were happy to use the large sofabed in the living room, and I was able to close the bedroom door and relax in the hot tub. They offered daily childrens activities, housekeeping, and great service that you expect from any Marriott. Can't wait to go back!
