Loved it. Not cheap. Not close to the strip but still great. Kids quest child care was our biggest reason for going here. great service. Clean rooms. Beautiful views of mountains in the morning!...only complaint is I didn't win big on the slots ;).

The hotel was clean and service was good. There are excellent views from every room in the casino. The restaurants are excellent and choices include a steakhouse, brewhouse, and others. There is a movie theater and bowling. You are a walk away from other retail stores and restaurants and even Costco.

The resort was lovely. The staff were great. Our disappointment was the charge of a mandatory daily spa resort fee of $27.50 which provided us with "free slow wifi" and access to the spa. Our issue was that we were never quoted the extra fee at the time of booking our reservation. Next time we will ask if there are additional fees before reserving our rooms. Also be aware of the $16.50 cocktail at the pool. And if u want coffee room service be prepared to pay $20 for it.

A fantastic stay from checking in to checking out. Staff in all areas makes you feel welcomed as a guest and will go out of there way to make sure that you are happy. Rooms are extremely comfortable and quiet. The entire property is clean. Loved the casino. No stale tobacco smell even though smoking is allowed. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. Didn't use the spa but heard very good things about it. Not only does it have a casino, but also a multiplex cinema and Imax and a bowling alley. They also have a very comfortable bingo hall with a very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food and service is great as is housekeeping.
Overall, highly recommend for pleasure or business.

Interesting property with a highly unmotivated and impersonal staff. Hard to believe that much money invested in a property, but apparently no regard for customer service training. Food choices on the surface look good, but the food at every restaurant I ate in (four different) was between average and horrible. Again, poorly trained staff spoiled this experience for me. Total lack of customer service mindset. Waitress this morning was more concerned about her upcoming break than she was about our order. Waiter at dinner continually dripped wine all over the white table cloth when pouring red wine. Casino staff look half dressed with no neckties or bowties, Was there for three nights - given the location of the property, I eventually felt very claustrophobic because there is nowhere to go outside the hotel. The strip is a $50 cab ride. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room Tip: If walking distances is a problem then request a room closer to the one and only elevator, otherwise...

Now if you are looking for the Vegas Strip experience then this is not the spot for you - it is outside Las Vegas in suburb of Summerlin. The resort is new, has a good choice of places to eat and fabulous pool area. It is definitely more of a locals casino in terms of the food and entertainment but ws much friendlier than any other places I have stayed in Vegas.

The rooms are all well appointed with huge bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows. The views are not so great but at night you look at the red rocks which is nice.

Most of all I have to say that all the staff in every part of the resort were , helpful, respectful, uber friendly and made the stay so much better

Room Tip: Try and get a room numbered between 02 - 30 ...otherwise your walk to the elevators will be pretty l...

Read a lot of mixed reviews about this place, but had friends recommend, so we booked. Very happy with the resort. I think many people may simply not be educating themselves about the property in advance and suffer a form of buyers remorse.

Things to consider:

1. Its not on the strip, its way off. Not a bad thing, just be aware. The do provide free shuttle service (limited hours - my only real complaint).

2. They do charge the tax/room fees that are part of every hotel stay in vegas. Some build those into their room charges. RR doesn't. Be aware and its not a big deal.

Our room was very nice, not overly large, but very nice. (ask for rooms closer to the elevator, save the long hallway walks). The pools were wonderful and very relaxing. We went in mid october, and things were quiet, with no crowds. Past peak season, and services by the pool are limited. The resort has a full casino and lots of food options, with a full range of prices and quality.

We spent three days hitting things hard on the strip and then spent 3 days here, just relaxing and enjoying the pools, with no big complaints. We still went into the strip using their shuttle service, and that is my only complaint. It only picks up and drops off at one location (fashion show mall) and the latest shuttle back is 10 pm. Not very convenient if you are catching a late show. Taxi will cost you $65+ to get back, so just plan accordingly and make sure you know your schedule for the evening.

Really, the property has a lot and if you just want to relax and not worry about the running around, and the crowds that come along with most of the properties on the strip, this place works just fine. Just make sure you pay attention and book smart.

Room Tip: LONG hallways, so the closer to the main elevator the better. Trust me.
