The room was large, had a great view, and was kept very clean for our entire stay. The bed was very comfortable, and there was never any noise when we were trying to sleep. We were very happy with the location as well, and it was so nice after walking the strip and the noisy, smokey casinos to head back to The Signature. No casino and no smoking made it feel very laid back in the midst of the Vegas chaos! We would definitely recommend this hotel!!

At first we were welcomed by a very friendly valet staff (valet parking is complimentary by the way) and then our check-in went very smooth - we stayed at tower number three.
When saw our suite we were very impressed: very nice furniture, spacious seating and working area, very comfortable bed, the kitchenette was equipped very well (mixer, toaster, cutlery, microwave, quite a big fridge, ...) and our view from the 28th floor was awesome (floor to ceiling windows).
Our suite was very clean and the bathroom was huge, with a seperate toilet.
The a/c worked great and was very quiet.
We choose the Signature because it's a non gambling all suite hotel and ist connected to the MGM Grand with a skywalk. Our tower number three was at the end of the walkway - therefore we had a very quiet stay.
The Strip is just a 5 minute walk away or a 10 minute walk if you walk through the whole MGM Grand Casino.
There are lots of dining options - from fast food to the most exclusive restaurants around.
The staff was very friendly and professional.
Each tower has a pool but you can also use the huge MGM Grand pool area.
By far the best stay we had on our whole trip !!!

Room Tip: Request a high floor strip view suite.

My husband and I have made many trips to Vegas both together and separately and this is definitely a favorite. There was a full kitchen, bar, dining table, balcony, two full baths with the one off the bedroom being huge with a jacuzzi tub and TV. One big issue though...my husband is allergic to feathers and when booking there wasn't a place to check off/note this ahead of time. When we checked in they said no problem that everything would be switched out quickly. We waited....waited...waited then we got a phone call and were told that there was a big convention going on (really, a convention in Vegas, CRAZY???!!!), people were staying up to six people in the suites and they had taken all the non-feather pillows except for one. I said that was unacceptable and was told that non-feather pillows are not a guarantee and there was nothing that could be done about it. Therefore we had ONE pillow for our entire stay. Also, even though the suite was awesome, the bed was just ok (too soft.) The suites are in towers that are connected to the MGM with a bridge to NYNY and you can also exit out to a side street that is a five minute walk to Planet Hollywood so being technically off the strip is not a big deal at all... was actually nice to go back to a room when all done gambling etc...to quiet and be able to get some sleep. If you're hungry and don't want to go for a walk to get food then there is a cafe in tower two that is really good. Had a sandwich there that is probably one of the best I've had. One thing that I had never seen before that these suites had was an electronic system for cleaning service. You hit the button for it to turn green when you were ready for the room to be cleaned. Can't tell you how many times the "do not disturb" sign wasn't put on the door and we've gotten an unpleasant very early wake-up call from the maid service. That alone was worth the stay =)

I actually stayed at the Signature April 2011 the reason I'm writing a review at this time is to highly recommend staying at the Signature. This past April I choose staying at the Wynn Hotel and by far I wished I booked reservations to return to the Signature. You can refer to the review I wrote re: the Wynn.....The Signature room/suite was so much more appeasing and comfortable than the Wynn. It offers a contemporary kitchenette area with microwave/stove/frig, etc....whirlpool tub, comfortable bed, sitting area, and a big TV....overall the best in value and ammenities. I did not mind having to walk the corridor connecting to MGM Grand....Most definitely the Signature ranks high on my preferred hotels.....the next time I visit Las Vegas I will not hesitate staying at the Signature.

We were in Tower 2 on a high floor. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean, but some wear and tear (stains on walls and cusions, etc.) and a vague smell of ancient cigarette smoke. Right opposite the elevators, which you could hear "swooshing" up and down all the time. Reception fine but not overly friendly. Chose it for the casino and smoke free envirnoment, and it was calm and quiet, but then I felt a bit "left out" and wished I'd stayed more centrally! Music from MGM Grand pool was very loud on the Friday afternoon.

You can sit by the pool on basic (but comfortable) loungers for free, but no umberellas so at 90'F in full sun after midday that was a non-starter - wasn't prepared to fork out $50 for the padded lounger with umberella!

Room Tip: High floor was good, avoid one near the elevators.

Spent the week here for work and stayed in a great room with a balcony, mini kitchen is complete with decent sized fridge, 2 burners, dishes, blender (!) toaster, coffee maker. Awesome jacuzzi tub. Vegas is a turn-off with all of the casino stuff everywhere you turn, so it's refreshing to stay here. Pool is nice with fresh fruity beverages. Not a terrific beer selection, as it's all Bud/domestic stuff, but beggars can't be choosers. There's a Starbucks conveniently located right downstairs. Spent lots of $ on the snack bar on the way up to the room and the clerks there are friendly. Only tiny bummer is that Lipton tea is the only kind of complimentary tea in the room. No herbal? Other than that - the whole package is great and I want to stay here next year if I am sent to work here again.

My husband and I just spent 5 nights at the Signature. When booking our hotel/airfare package online this hotel caught our attention. We liked the idea of staying in a non-smoking and non-gaming hotel while still having easy access to everything located in the MGM Grand. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We arrived via the gated private drive up to the hotel and there was no line to wait in to check in. Our deluxe room with a balcony was located on the 36th floor of tower 3 and offered an amazing view of a number of hotels on the strip with mountains nestled in the background. We thought for sure we were put in the wrong room because most hotels would make you pay extra for a view like that. We found out they just gave us this room because it was available upon check in. One of my favorite things was the jacuzzi tub big enough for two located right in the enormous bathroom which also included a large glass shower and double sinks. The bed was very comfortable, the whole suite was extremely clean, and the kitchenette was stocked with dishes, utensils, stemware, pots/pans, etc. The Signature has a pool for each of the three towers and we found that they were much more relaxing than the pool at MGM Grand which you also have access to. The drinks were also a little cheaper. I couldn't have been happier with the staff at the Signature. They were all amazing and truly treated us like guests!

This review asks for what we liked the least. Tower 3 was the farthest away from the MGM Grand so it took approx 15 minutes to walk from there to the strip when walking though the MGM. The rolling walkways are a big help though. A couple times during daylight we walked from tower 3 to the strip by walking outside on Harmon Ave. This was a little quicker but never tried it at night. We ate at Delights one morning for breakfast. This is a little restaurant located in tower 2. The food was delicious but a medium sized orange juice cost $5 so we didn't order any drinks.

This was our 3rd time to Las Vegas and by far our favorite hotel experience. Our stays at the MGM Grand and the Excalibur in the past were enjoyable but we felt this hotel was one of a kind.
