“Great Non Gaming Property”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 January 2014

If you want to stay in Vegas and not have to walk through a smoky, loud lobby before reaching your room... this property is a non smoking non gaming property a short walk to MGM Grand, and the strip. Get a PH room facing the strip if you are looking for views, if not, save the cash.

Our suite was lovely with great views. Very comfortable and good attention to detail. Best of both worlds as there is no casino in the suites but you are just minutes from the mgm. The deli in tower 2 is very good for breakfast and the happy hour whilst te lounge bar in tower one is a real treat. The resort tax at 25 dollars per night is hefty so consider this when making choices especially in winter months when facilities such as the mgm pool complex are closed. The pools in the individual towers are nice and heated. The charges for cabanas and pool loungers are high in season. Would stay here again - someone just needs to tell the receptionists to be pleasant

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for a balcony

We stopped here for 7 nights in January for a holiday. The first 3 nights were at the same time as the CES Convention which meant how hotel rates were that much higher for those nights. If we had known we would have put the trip back by three days to obtain far better room rate. We stopped in Tower 3 (Room 807 on 27th floor) with balcony overlooking the strip. During the winter this side of the hotel is more in the shade which with the darkened glass does make the room dark until the sun arrives later in the afternoon. Opening the door to the balcony on the 27th floor created a constant wind noise. Tower 3 is the furthest away from the MGM main hotel and the Strip which means a fair distance to walk. I think Tower 2 better situated and with a lower floor, say 10+ either overlooking mountains or the Strip depending on whether you like the sun and lighter room in the morning.
The rooms are extremely spacious, superb bathroom with huge walk in shower and huge bath. Separate toilet again very spacious. The King Size bed one of the most comfortable we have had and with feather pillows.
We like walking but after a week we would have appreciated being in Tower 2 or 1.
Very good outside pool and hot tubs, all heated, and good seating with loungers etc.
Fitness gym very good in Tower 3 and another one in Tower 1 which also has Starbucks. Tower 2 has the Delights café/restaurant which is very good value and quality. Appreciate free refills all day long when purchasing one coffee.
Staff all very efficient, very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome.
MGM location is good on the Strip as well. The weather was good with temps around 18 degrees C. and clear blue skies. Cooler in the evening but not cold.
Overall we were pleased we had chosen Signature and we think an improvement over being in the main hotel, unless the Casino is 'your thing'

Room Tip: Choose Tower 2 and with a balcony room from 10th floor upwards, The strip side in winter is mostly i...

I chose this hotel over a lot of other options despite the locations due to the excellent reviews posted on TripAdvisor. I arrived by shuttle to Tower 1 and began the check in process. This process was fairly quick and I was in my room in a matter of ten minutes.
Entering the room I noticed that the couch pillows were tossed about and that the room was not a strip view. I didn't mind the cushions but I did want a strip view.
Luckily, the front desk was able to accommodate my request with a room facing the strip. Unfortunately, the room wasn't clean. I'm not usually a stickler for such details but due to the amazing reviews I expected better.

The rooms had pistachios casings on the floor underneath the dining area table, hair in the bathrooms, saggy carpet in the bedroom, and dirty marked drapes. It was obvious that this room does not get a thorough vacuuming during stays. Honestly, being exhausted from the trip I made the best of the situation and tried to enjoy my stay for the week (shower pressure was also extremely weak).

With the room being a let down I'm glad that some of the staff made up for the disappointing living space. Surprisingly it's the younger staff members that are the ones that shine always providing quick, prompt, and attentive service. I was baffled when some of the older staff members would ignore guests in line constantly only to deviate from their computer screens when absolutely necessary. I won't be critical because I understand that I have no idea what they might be doing but acknowledging people in line would be nice. House keeping was also a pleasure as they went the extra mile in regards to towels, waters and other amenities. I guess sometimes that's the issue with reading reviews and expecting an amazing experience. Although The Signature was a let down I will try staying again in the future. But for the price paid I will def consider other options in the future that are closer to the heart of the strip.

This was our first trip to Las Vegas and my husband chose The Signature to stay at and we were so pleased with his choice. We loved not having a casino under us with all the smoke and noise. Checking in was easy and everyone seemed to bend over backwards to make us happy. Make sure you ask for a view room because having the balcony was wonderful. It was great being able to have coffee in the morning without having to go out to find it. We used room service one evening for dessert and it was wonderful. Our room felt like we were in a small apartment and we were comfortable the whole time. We didn't mind the walk to the strip or the MGM. Like I said, this was our first visit to Las Vegas but it won't be our last and we will certainly stay at The Signature again.

Room Tip: Request a high floor for an excellent view.

From the moment we arrived we felt very spoilt in this lovely hotel. All the staff from those parking the car, to helping us with our luggage and Concierge staff on reception were an absolute delight and made it very special for us. We stayed over the Christmas period and could not have made a better choice. Lovely apartment with kitchenette, bedroom, bathrooms, lounge area and balcony view over the strip - what more could one ask for? We had a wonderful few days stay and would not hesitate to return.

The staff, facilities and location are fantastic. I have stayed here for two different conferences and have really enjoyed it. Non-gaming and smoke free are some of the best attributes. Very impressive quality and great list of amenities. I will stay here again.
