First timers in Vegas we were confused about which hotel to choose. We wanted the best experience being our first time in Vegas! We made the best choice! The location is perfect! Not directly on strip but walking distance so perfect to retire to your suite and still get the view. Lovely hotel! Excellent staff! Rooms are amazing! We will definitely be back to the MGM!

I was here for a combination of business and pleasure. My wife and I went out before I was there for a week of meetings. Loved it. Service was great. Enjoyed the view from the balcony
Granted, as other reviewers said it was a long walk, even with moving sidewalks, to The Grand. However, we were in Tower 3 and it was a closer walk to Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile than to the Grand. Of course it was about a 5 minute walk to the Conference Center which is where our meeting was. I made all the people staying at The Grand envious!
I would highly recommend this place if you are staying for longer than a weekend. As for walking, let's be honest. No matter WHERE you stay in Vegas you will have a long walk even without leaving the property so don't let that phase you

Really impressed with the quality of accommodation for the price, we had a 2 bedroom suite which held 7of us in luxury. It's quiet at night, there's room at the pool and the staff are great. The downside to that is that it is a bit of a hike through to the main MGM areas and out onto the strip, but it's a 10 minute brisk walk for the semi-fit, certainly not a deal breaker for me!

So much of the strip is "GO GO GO" and when looking for a hotel it needs to be serene, comfortable and fun which is exactly what the Signature is. I can't bother staying anywhere else because nothing will compare. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a good views, ours was of the Wet Republic which was fun to observe before we tried it out for ourselves. It's affordable and soothing with a great kitchenette which means you can cook and store food in your room instead of fast food all the time. I'd recommend this to any type of person whether they're looking for a business trip or a fun getaway, the Signature is always accommodating.

I came here on my honeymoon. We wanted a balcony and spa tub, which is surprisingly difficult among Las Vegas' top hotels. We choose here as it has both and the upper penthouse was a good price. The room was stunning and the service good. The MGM Grand itself provided all of the restaurants, pools and gaming space we needed. We visited a lot of other hotels and this seemed like one of the top ones. Only downside was the walk to the MGM Grand, which while all indoors did take 20 minutes from our hotel room. I definitely recommend paying a bit extra to get a higher floor as the views of the strip are great.

Stayed in this hotel for one week during October half term 2013. Hotel was very luxurious, check in was very swift and the rooms were a very decent size. The jacuzzi bath was huge! Also included mini kitchenette, which we didn't use but was available.
As others have mentioned, hotel is located back from the strip. We were in tower block 3 which is the further tower away. it was about a 10 minute walk to the strip, most days we walked to the mono rail in MGM and used this as there is a lot of walking. The luxury of the though was worth the extra walk. Maybe when asked as check in request Tower 1 as this is closest.
All in all a great stay and would definitely use again if visiting Vegas again.

Room Tip: Pick Tower 1 for closeness

Peaceful, spacious room with quality kitchenette and nice sitting area. Huge marble bathroom with bath and separate shower. Nice balcony with views towards the Strip. We stayed in Tower 2, the middle of the three towers, which is a 10 minute walk to the main MGM complex through bright covered passages with moving walkways to ease the journey. However, if you want to get straight onto the Strip, you can exit through the furthest tower which brings you out a block off Planet Hollywood which saves a lot of time rather than heading through the MGM. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again.
