Really nice stay in Vegas here. Valet was great, service was great and the room was lovely. I did book early and we got in tower 1 which was our preferred option but although we requested a nicer view, we were in a middle room with a view of a car park on floor 3 which was a bit of a shame but probably not uncommon.

My partner and I are good walkers but we were relieved that we were in tower 1 as Vegas is so vast, the other towers would be more trying!

The mgm grand was fab for restaurants and we used the pool there too which was very nice. Overall, a really nice stay.

The suite was fabulous with 1 3/4 bathrooms, a huge Jacuzzi and a kitchen at a reasonable price, under $150 a night. Did like the two air conditioners with separate thermostat for the bedroom. Kitchen had large refrigerator and coffee maker. Cook range, dishwasher just like home.

Our experience with signature at Mgm was first class. At the get go it was gated entrance. It will control the people getting in. Valet parking only. Our wait was about 10 minutes to get the car back. No line up to check in. 5 elevators in service each towers with no wait at all. When you get in to your floor, no long hallway walk to get to your room. Smoking not allowed.
You can access the pool at MGM if you want too or use the pool at Signature. If you wish to do that, ask for tower 1 so the walk will be shorter. About 10 minutes walk to get in the pool. Walkway movators help a bit. The big negative was going to the strip. It will be a long one. Give yourself at least 20 minutes.
The room was modern. Small kitchen, empty fridge for you to use, coffee maker and microwave available. Big shower area and a jacuzzi tub. We got king bed and sofa bed.
This will be our hotel of choice when in Vegas specially during summer. We will be back for sure.

Room Tip: Tower I if you want to access MGM pools.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite with MGM signature suites. I can't say enough about how nice the room was. very roomy. comfortable. staff was great. very close to the pools at MGM grand. You are on the south side of the strip, but the fun is still there. the only complaint is the extremely high price for drinks. i expect some mark up, but $ 40 for a six back of beer is too much. also paid $ 54 for two cocktail drinks. the room price was great, but gets you elsewhere.

Our room was GREAT! The bedroom was separate from the living/dining/kitchen. The bedroom tv pops up from the desk, so cool! Best part - the walk from the elevator to the room, in any direction is a short distance - wonderful!

Great Property. Beautiful decor, check-in was easy and staff were very professional. The room was immaculate, loved having the kitchen area and the spa tub was incredible. The hotel is not on the strip but is on a couple of blocks away.

The building is clean and rooms are nice, but service is not up to par with other MGM properties. My primary issues were with (1) embarrassingly awful required valet parking, (2) trash collection, and (3) slow "required" bellhop service.

1. Parking. There is no self-park, only mandatory valet. The valet takes on average 30 minutes to get your car. They "lost" my car twice during the summer, and every day I heard other guests complaining about MGM's "losing" their cars too.I spoke with several property managers during my stay. The solution they provided was to "make the valets happy in the morning by giving them some large bills". Yes, the MGM managers told me i had to tip $20's to get my car on time!!! I didn't, and dealt with the daily 30+ minute wait daily.

2. Trash. There are no trash receptacles the guest floors. As a long-term renter, I asked the front desk how they suggest I deal with my trash. The receptionist's response was that MGM does not have trash cans in the lobby and would not allow me to bring my trash downstairs. They also said I could have trash removed from my room, but only for a fee (I have to pay to have trash removed?) Their only solution was to leave my trash in a bag outside my room. As 50% of the people on my floor did this, the hallways are covered with trash bags. It's disgusting.

3. If you get mail delivered, they won't let you pick it up downstairs but require a bellhop to bring it to you in person. Problem is that bellhops take on average 1-2 hours to arrive. Be prepared to wait that long (if not longer) for luggage as well.

Otherwise I loved my stay, but these issues put me in such a bad mood daily that it's hard to ignore them.
