STOP LOOKING AND START BOOKING. The walk to MGM Grand is fine as are the resort fees. I was expecting a long walk to the MGM Grand but you will be there in less than 10-minutes. Yep- the Signature at MGM Grand ticks all the boxes! Nice and peacefull with easy access to 'The Strip'.

I stayed on the 35th floor in tower one (the one with the Starbucks). The suites were very comfortable, clean and well maintained - no negative comments at all really. Huge bathroom with separate shower and WC - plenty of hanging space in the main suite and a great wet bar with microwave, fridge, sink, cutlery, crockery and two hobs.Lovely seating area with a business desk / dining area. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. They have a small shop for snacks and drinks as well as a self service laundry for long stay guests. Water and toiletries always replenished by housekeeping. No worried about the small resort fee charge. Excellent views across to 'The Strip' and City Center / Planet Hollywood.

Tower One is linked to MGM Grand with a couple of travelators - I probably would not have wanted to be in one of the other towers as they do not have moving walk way access. Pool and pool area is a bit small side and you hear the music from Wet Republic but the excellent pool service makes up for this and these are just minor points and definately not enough to spoil the holiday.

Don't forget to get your Players Card as you will clock up those points and 'comps' before you know it - plenty of free buffets and 'comped' room service and pool food. Give Tom Cuccillino's Craftsteak a miss and try the MGM Grand Buffet or 'WichCraft Sandwich bar instead.

I stayed at the Signature with 2 members of my family. The room was great, fab bathroom, comfortable beds though be aware that the walk to the main MGM hotel is about 10 minutes from the Signature.
The housekeeping staff however seemed to have a problem understanding that 3 people need more towels, coffee supplies, cups etc than 2 people and we didn't manage to get enough of everything for us all during the 3 night stay. In fact, with each request for coffee we also got more sweetners to a point that we had 77 sachets at one stage.
Despite that, I'd recommend staying at the hotel if you want a quiet nights sleep and a bit of luxury during your stay.

This hotel, or should I say these apartments, is a heaven of peace and quiet from the crowds of the Strip. Before booking I registered on their website and instantly received a 25% discount on my first reservation. After booking, I mailed a request to have our rooms on a high floor with a view of the strip and we were not disappointed. We got two adjacent junior suites on the 37th floor, it was just perfect. Breakfast is not included, but you have the choice of making your own in the fully equipped kitchen or going down to the deli or the Starbucks in Tower 1. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in total luxury at a very reasonable price.

We stayed for one week Tower 2 in a penthouse suite on the 31st floor.

I had visited Vegas five years before but my partner had never been and as it was just the two of us, we wanted to stay somewhere which allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of the Strip and Signature MGM was the perfect choice for us.

We had a balcony overlooking the new PH Westgate and other Hotels on the strip looking down over the pool, a great view especially at night. The Suite was lovely, absolutely spotless with a daily maid service between 9am and 5pm.

We did take advantage of room service breakfast one day and the Eggs Benedict is not one to be missed, again a fantastic service.

The pool was small but never overly busy and a welcome relief from the heat, all the staff around the pool were friendly and happy to assist.

Fab bathroom with a TV, double sinks and a big walk-in shower and huge jacuzzi bath.

The walk through to MGM was no hassle at all, it took us approx 5 mins and it's completely air-conditioned with moving walkways.

We purchased a 3 day monorail ticket which we made good use of and as it was so hot (109 degrees on some days), we managed to get all the way from the Imperial Palace back to MGM without going outside at all - only in Vegas hey!

Saw Cirque Elivis at Aria - just incredible and what a Hotel that is, wonderfully sophisticated and modern. The Lion King was great and we saw Tom Jones at The Hollywood Lounge MGM, it only seats 750 so it really was an intimate show and yes - he's still got it at 70 it was a great show!

Wonderful but expensive fillet steak at "Craftsteak" in MGM, dranka glass of Champagne in the cocktail lounge at Encore at the Wynn and watched the world go by. You got to visit Freemont Street, the light show is just amazing and what a wonderful mixture of people.

Can't wait till my next trip!

Well, where to start?

We arrived in Vegas on honeymoon and I noticed the MGM/Signature check-in area so went over to arrange check in. My husband joined me when he collected our luggage. I had no intention of asking for a specific room since we booked the Signature knowing that we would be happy regardless of tower location/floor. However, the staff overheard us mentioning it being our honeymoon and immediately congratulated us. They then arranged for our room in Tower 1, with a balcony facing the strip on the 38th floor. It was outstanding.

The room was perfect, the bed was unbelievably comfortable (I've been struggling to sleep since coming home to my usual mattress). There was a seating area, a dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash/body soap/facial soap and plenty of towels. The shower is huge, we estimated you could squeeze about 15 people into it. The bath could comfortably take two people.

House keeping was activated by a touch screen system where you could request the room cleaned or have yourself as do not disturb. I really liked this as we're used to being awakened on holidays by the house keepers in the morning. 2 small bottles of water are provided as part of the resort fee daily, this is left by the house keeper, we never received the newspapers but weren't bothered by this, we never used the fitness facilities either. Our room key also allowed us access to the laundry room but we never needed to use this at any point so I can't comment on it. Internet access is also included in the resort fee, I believe you need to bring a laptop and plug it in directly to be able to use it. We actually paid $10.99 for 24 hours of internet access on our room TV but were quite disappointed with it since it wouldn't let us access our emails.

With regard to the comments on the walk from the Towers to the strip, I would like to remind people that they are visiting Las Vegas. Walking will be a large part of your holiday. We walked fom MGM to the Venetian sort of area and back about 3 times per day, this is approximately 9 miles per day - when you compare it to a small walk along a walkway it really puts it into perspective. However, if you are heading up-strip, you are quicker exiting through the main doors of the signature and walking along E Harmon Avenue, this brings you onto the strip at Planet Hollywood and cuts a chunk of walking out to get from MGM to Planet Hollywood.

Location on the strip is pretty good. It would be ideal if it was a bit further north. I would personally consider central strip to be the Paris to the Venetian sort of area so if you don't walk to do a great deal of walking stick to the hotels in this vacinity.

We were upgraded to a penthouse suite free of charge on arrival.
Room was gorgeous with view of The Strip from the Balcony. Kitchen area. Massive bed with beautiful soft bed linen. Had a whirlpool bath and enormous shower in our suite plus separate toilet.
Walkway to the enormous MGM Grand with shops, reataurants for all budgets and fantastic lions till 7 pm each day!
Staff were smart, polite, friendly and helpful.
We stayed in 7 hotels in USA on our trip and this was by far our favourite.
Could not fault this hotel - perfect!

We loved the Signature at MGM. Our suite was spacious and exceptionally well equipped with a kitchenette area with above average quality utensils and equipment. The shower and the bath were big enough for anyone and the bath had a jacuzzi. There are 3 towers, one benefits from a cafe/restaurant which is ideal for breakfast whilst one of the others has a pleasant little bar. The pool areas were also very nice, safe, and well equipped. The real beauty of this hotel is that it is a few minutes walk (along a covered walkway) from the hubbub of the casinos and restaurants so therefore gives you the feeling of peace and tranquility. Personally we thought Las Vegas was the tackiest place we have ever come across, but I guess everyone should try it once and make their own minds up.
