great location and very quiet also very clean lots of parking. rooms have sauna which its nice after a workout at gym, and a great bbq area. pool is always warm it has a beach type with sand at the entrance of pool, water rapids. across the street has an outlet for shopping and lots of restaurants. can't ask for anything more, so go there and have fun it's awesome.

Room Tip: get high floors and on the new tower it's all quiet most of the time and get the one room with full kitchen if you like to cook.

We traded our time share to stay here on our trip to Las Vegas. We had a wonderful room overlooking the pool (which no one used as it was December and 50 degrees outside) so it was pretty AND quiet. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and updated with everything you needed.

The resort had a free shuttle to two of the major casinos (2 1/2 miles away) and you could get everywhere from those within a short walk. They also had a free shuttle to the grocery store. We took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and they picked us up right at the front door of the resort so we had no need to rent a car. There is a private shuttle service to the airport for a fee much cheaper than a cab.

There was no real restaurant at the resort but there was a Denny's next door if you wanted something fast and easy. We went to the strip for our dinners unless we ate leftovers in the room.

I would consider going back in the warmer weather to take advantage of the pool and outside amenities.

Room Tip: Try to get the large one bedroom.

Stayed here with my husband and baby for one week. We had a nice big room overlooking the very large swimming pool area. The room had everything that you could need and made our stay in Vegas more comfortable as a family. Definitely a plus having kitchen facilities with a small baby!
We used the swimming pool a couple of times and it was lovely with lots of space and loungers as well as lifeguards on duty. However, as it was november, the weather wasn't that warm and we were missing the promised heating of the pool so some days we couldn't use it at all.
The location was perfect close to all the buss and shops on the strip as well as walking distance to the big outlet village and shopping area with lots of nice restaurants and a wholefoods. A real shame though that the property rents out space for restaurants / bars that does not live up to any good standard of food and service. So that is for sure a big minus!!
However, it is definitely a place we will visit again, but we will go other places to eat :-)
A very well managed and neat property, something different than the bigger hotels on the strip, yet very close to everything you need.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the swimmingpool area as the ones facing the road are rather noisy!

My wife and I stayed in a bora bora suite with our daughter in a joining suite for great week. The pool being closed didn't bother us but would have been nice to relax around in the sun as the follage around the river blocked most of the sun. The room was very nice but our couch( hide a bed ) was collapsing and uncomfortable to. sit on. This would be a great place for a family with kids. We would come back for sure

We have stayed at this resort twice now and will stay here every time we visit Las Vegas. This resort has everything you would need. The grounds are stunning...lots of private spaces. The lagoon is landscaped with beautiful palm trees, shrubs, and a lazy river. Adult only areas, and pools and areas for the whole family. BBQ and picnic areas, a little store, beautiful lobby and exercise area. Even has a nice spa. I didn't have to wait for a massage appointment, and the service was good quality. Great place to take the kids. Lots of activities available.
Staff is engaged and friendly.
The only disappointment is the restaurant. Terrible service, but Las Vegas has lots of restaurants-and the concierge has coupons to eat out at other restaurants, plus free shuttle, so not that big of a deal.
I gave this place 5 stars. I would think that you couldn't find a nicer place to stay for the price.

Room Tip: Larger room has a very nice kitchen--smaller room has only a toaster, microwave and a small refrigerator--so if you plan to save money and eat in, i would rent the larger room. (larger room also has a very nice spa bathroom)
