As a birthday treat it was beyond memorable. We had eaten at Guy Savoy in Paris but needed have no worries that there would be any diminution in standard and creativity. The service was flawless, friendly and very well-informed. The subtlety of the flavours was to be expected but the enhancement by using different temperature to accentuate the taste was wonderful. The Executive Chef and his team are to be congratulated.
It's not cheap - but it was worth every cent. The memory of that meal will live with me!
