Owner description: Measuring 520 feet in diameter, the High Roller eclipses both the London Eye and Singapore Flyer. Facing north and south parallel to Las Vegas Boulevard, the wheel takes 30 minutes to complete one full revolution and features 28 glass-enclosed cabins with broad views of Las Vegas and the Strip. Each spherical cabin can hold up to 40 people, with benches on either side of the cabin and plenty of floor space in between-but we imagine you'll want to stand and admire the view. Sight-seeing isn't all that the High Roller has to offer. Take in the best views of Las Vegas from inside a High Roller Happy Half Hour cabin. Your ticket includes one 30-minute ride and an open bar inside the cabin! Allow your body and mind to soar 550 feet in the sky above the Las Vegas Strip in a unique and personalized yoga session with a professional instructor. Or experience a one-of-a-kind sky high chocolate tasting experience paired with your choice of wine!

For time being this is the highest Ferris Wheel or moving Observation ride at 550' high; until another gets finished in near future somewhere else in the world. This ride is part of the new development by Ceasars/Harrah's known as the Linq. It's located between the Flamingo and the Quad Hotel Casinos (with the Quad soon to be renamed after remodeling is complete to the Linq Hotel and Casino (and can't be done fast enough!!))

The views of Vegas are outstanding. Especially at night. There is a bar right before you enter the ride that has a variety of drinks/adult beverages but since the ride takes awhile to complete it's rotation I HIGHLY suggest that your entire party go to the bathroom BEFORE embarking on the ride. The set up and entrance to the ride remind me of any attraction at any amusement park (like Disney or Universal) with the queues; pre-ride display; and the hokey host/video on the ride, which describes it. But the modules are large; hold quite a few people with a few benches and seats. And you have plenty of room to walk back and forth in the capsule to see various views of Vegas, the Strip and the outlying area. You really are high up in the sky because you can look DOWN on some of the hotels and casino roof tops, including some of the pools.

I do think it is a little overpriced for what it is. But their are specials, various discounts, total rewards members of platinum level or above can get two for one tickets or comp tickets, etc. There are also happy hour cars or drinking cars that you can pay a higher price for and get drinks while you are riding. Might sound like fun but don't know if it's worth the extra price.

I will post pictures of the view and the wheel both during day and night.

Kinda pricey but Its worth it to do once in your life. Kids tend to get a little scared sometimes but nothing too bad. The entire ride is very relaxing and slow paced. The views are pretty spectacular and interesting. If you have big group try to opt for the private party ride that sets up a bar with bartender for your ride.

This is another must if you are in Vegas ! The wheel moves very slowly so those worrying about feeling sick need not ! The views are stunning day and night and it is good value for money (though is quite a bit more expensive after 7pm).

It is difficult to describe how amazing this experience was. The staff are very professional and made sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently while keeping everyone safe so all could have a good time and enjoy this experience. No matter what other attraction our hotel rooftop you may have viewed Vegas from, the view from the apex of The High Roller can't be beat. The cabins are very roomy and several of the guests enjoyed a drink while taking in the views. It is definitely worth paying a little extra to take this ride after dark.

We went to see Recycled Percussion at The Quad and ended up going right next door to the Linq where this huge wheel is! We loved it, the views are incredible and it's a very relaxing experience. You're in a large bubble and can see for miles...
