We didn't stay in the hotel, but we did play in the casino and looked into Giada's restaurant (great view). We had good luck on the quarter video poker machines. The place is beautiful and so much nicer than the old Bill's Gambling Hall. Very upscale and elegant. The only thing remaining from Barbary Coast (before Bill's), is the chandeliers. A lady with an Ipad takes drink orders and a cocktail waitress brings them out promptly. They are good size & quality drinks. I noticed a $15 Blackjack table that had good rules (hard to find at Harrah's/Caesars properties in Las Vegas). We are looking forward to going back, and would like to stay there, too.

I understand the Cromwell is new, but they need to decide if they are a Boutique Hotel, or a haven for the young, loud, intoxicated and rude crowd they are getting in the Hotel. A little more respect for the people staying in the Hotel would be appreciated.
Very small rooms, with too much furniture. No light at all, too much street noise.

The Cromwell is a hidden gem conveniently located in the middle of the Las Vegas strip. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is super-friendly. Surprising amenities abound such as complimentary coffee and pitchers of flavored water set up on the landings of each floor.

Love being the only person in an elevator and waiting 15 seconds at the most. Love not having to fight the crowds or walk a half a mile to the front door. The rooms are small beautiful and cozy. Location superb.

The casino and hotel are clean and sophisticated. Unfortunately, if you can't rest in the rooms because of the noise and dark atmosphere, you subsequently are left with little energy to enjoy the casino and amenities.

Room Tip: Brightening up the room is the least they could do. Fixing the noise is probably too late to fix wi...

Thank you for recently staying with us. I’m sorry to hear the darkness of the room and noise left you with little energy for the casino. We are currently working on reducing noise experienced from our close proximity to Las Vegas Boulevard. I’d recommend a lower floor to help reduce any additional noise.

Great hotel excellent staff and support, location perfect. Not sure what else to say...great hotel and I will return. View is excellent too...61 more characters is 61 more than I have to offer at this point.

Room Tip: I like mattress a little firmer, but very comfortable.
