My wife and I just returned from a quick overnight stay at the Palazzo. We travel to Vegas three or four times a year, but this was our 1st time staying here and we will be back. We paid the extra $100 for the Prestige Suite and found it well worth it. The rooms seem to be the same as the standard suite, but this gives you a private check in and access to the lounge area. The lady who check us in, Megan was great. We engaged in some small chit chat when we checked in and the next morning after breakfast she remembers our entire conversation, called us by name and asked us all about the show we saw. The lounge also had a wonderful waitress named Mary who made us feel like more that a couple of people trying to get in a free drink or two before we headed out for the night. The WiFi was included and was fast. We will return here on our next trip.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The decor was plush and the room was very spacious even for a family of 4. Our friends were staying at the Venetian which has the same layout but the furnishings were more dated. The only complaint I have is that the casino level is the most convenient level to access the restaurants and it was smokey even though the main thoroughfare through the casino was supposed to be smoke-free. The bathroom was palatial and very grand. The location is good, right next to Walgreen where you can get supermarket goods & across the road from the fashion malls. The Palazoo connects to the Venetian hotel. With so many shops and restaurants, you don't even have to leave the building.

Dear Guest,

There are a wide array of hotels and resorts on the Las Vegas Strip, so I am so thankful that you chose to experience what The Palazzo has to offer. I appreciate the tips that you have provided our fellow travelers. The Walgreens is conveniently located within our property, and our location is fantastic- not too mention, as you said, the amenities we extend to our guests.

Thank you again, and I look forward to your return visit.

They had one of the most efficient check in lines that I've seen in Vegas. Nice rooms. Excellent room service. Nice bars and restaurants. The sportsbook upstairs is tiny and the one downstairs is more of a restaurant.

Palazzo is the go-to resort for my family-- huge suites, comfortable and yet luxurious, shops for every taste, classy entertainment, huge casino experience, center-strip location, lovely family dining to the most sophisticated in a fairytale setting!

I've stayed at many a Vegas hotel/resort, from the budget-friendly to the more sumptuous. Palazzo wins hands down for luxury, warmth, sumptuousness, and yet great value for money. The huge suites alone-- over 600 square feet each for the smallest-- are worth the price of admission.
The personnel were always cheerful, courteous, efficient, and welcoming. Try it-- it'll be your favorite too!

This was my first stay and my husband's second stay at the property. We stayed from January 1 to January 4. The service was poor starting with our room not being ready even though we checked in after 3. They told us that they would call us with our room number once it was ready. Did that happen? Nope, after waiting 2.5 hours I had to call twice just to get to a live person, then had to be put on hold for about 10 minutes before finding out that the room was ready. Then once we got to our room we called to have our luggage brought up. Did that happen? Nope not in the first 1 hour we were in the room. By then family is tired and hungry and went down stairs to eat. When we got back called again and waited 15 mins no bags, then called again FINALLY got the bags.

That's not all. The day after we arrived we got up fairly early and left our room around 9 or so. Early for Vegas standards since most people are still sleeping at that time. We were gone until about 2:30, was our room cleaned yet? Nope. In fact there were housekeepers on either side of our room but they didn't get to our room. In fact during our entire stay housekeeping didn't get in to clean our room. Lastly, when we checked out again my husband called for our luggage to be brought down and held while we ate before we left. Again waited 30 mins and no bellhop. Called again and finally someone came to get our luggage. Terrible service from a luxury hotel. All the front desk said when we told them was Oh that was our busy time. Well duh its a holiday not to mention you've been open for 8 years haven't you figured out how to service your crowd by now???

Thank you for choosing The Venetian as your host during your recent visit. I am disheartened that we did not exceed your expectations. It was our responsibility to provide a truly remarkable experience at The Palazzo, and I sincerely apologize that we failed to do that for you.

Again, I extend my apologies and invite you to be in touch with my Guest Relations Manager, who will be contacting you directly, as I would like an opportunity to gather more details of the challenges you experienced. I stayed here right after New Years for five days. The hotel and service was spectacular. The rooms were immaculate and beautiful. The service was amazing. The food was great with many different options. I utilized the gym one day and the amenities are really nice. This was my first time in Vegas and I feel in love with it and this hotel. However, we had a flight cancelation and went back to have a price quoted for two more nights since we weren't flying out for a couple more days. They quoted us 240 Dollars each night (check in staff was really kind and professional). I left the line to discuss prices with my husband and after about 45 min we went ahead to book the reservation. The price then jumped to 316 this first night and 510 the second night. I asked what the difference had been in the past fee minutes and they didn't have an answer for me other than that prices change. Within less than an hour prices changed so significantly and they were not willing to give me the price of the original quote (which the same girl remembered). It was just a little disappointing after spending so much money in the hotel and casino already.

This place is just wonderful. Spacious rooms. Tastefully appointed. I liked the sunken living room. Heck, this room was almost as big as some houses! (just kidding).
The rooms are very quiet.
A small hiccup with housekeeping not thoroughly cleaning the room, but minor. No expense has been spared with this resort.

Room Tip: For an extra $25.00 you can get a room with a view over Las Vegas Strip. Or you can push the down b...

Thank you so much for recognizing the beauty and unsurpassed services and accommodations of The Palazzo. We take great pride in our suites and the amenities that they have to offer as well as the gracious service that is extended by my team. This is the reason why I would like to extend my apologies because we fell short of the housekeeping services that we should have extended to you throughout your stay. I do hope you will choose The Palazzo once again, and I look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful visit.
