We have stayed at the Grandview frequently. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and spacious. They have jetted tubs and comfortable beds. The only problem is there is always some little issue we need to call about. This time it was because they did not leave dish soap and scrubby pad in the unit and we needed to call for them. They did bring them quickly and have always resolved these little issues but it is enough to keep me from rating it Excellent.
The Grandview is an exceptional place to stay at the South end of the strip. Close to everything we find this an amazing location. Close to some of the best Vegas shopping and restaurants including all Casinos without the Strip hassle. The four star rating gives you peace of mind and the units are fully loaded including a jet tub. The pool areas provide a relaxing alternative. We love ❤️ it. Natalie T
I booked 2 adjoining rooms for myself, spouse and my daughter and her friend to stay to celebrate her 21st Birthday. The rooms were very spacious and we all felt like we were in a resort. My only complaints would have to be the pool area was not as nice as others i have stayed, not enough seating or towels. The location was fine because I had my car, but may have been an issue with out it. There were also groups of people looking around at time share tours at times, which was a bit annoying.

We had a two bedroom unit which was spacious and well maintained. Conveniently located across the street from South Point casino which has all the basic attractions you expect when you come to Vegas. We were attending a convention at another hotel in town which was a straight shot down into town. Second year we have stayed here and will try to come back again. Washer and dryer came in handy as my suitcase got soaked on my way out of Atlanta.
