I have stayed here before, so was used to the excellent service and location. Close enough but not too close to the Strip! They did not disappoint! And for my loyalty, I got a suite!Did not get time to see all the facilities, but once again an excellent breakfast and overall experience.

This hotel is a bit drab in its public areas, but the rooms are more than adequate - clean, large, lots of amenities, including power outlets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine, despite the limited space. Spacious and adequate parking.
Shuttle from the airport was OK but it would have helped if we had known we had to call for it (outdated instruction when we booked was that it ran continually) - so if you don't have a US cellphone (many visitors don't) you have to search the airport for a payphone not so many around, these days.
We too had expected a shuttle to the strip. If you decide to walk, don't go along Tropicana - it's exposed and dusty - go north a block or two on Paradise, then head west to the Strip via Harmon.

Room Tip: First floor corridors get a lot of foot-traffic to and from car park. Third floor is quiet.

The room had a window air conditioner that cycled from loud to softer every 5 min or so, all night long. Everytime I would begin to fall asleep, it would cycle back to loud.... Pretty much no sleep all night long. It was 97 degrees outside when I arrived at 11:30 pm, so turning it off wasn't an option. Also, for what I paid for the room, for Vegas, it was old, needed an update. On the upside it was clean and close to the airport. Would not recommend for an extended stay.

This trip started out as a nightmare, somehow the reservations got jumbled up, in the husbands name, not his wife's name. With help from the clerk and BW awesome customer service, all worked out. A nice place to stay, comfortable, good to get away from the strip. I will use this place again.

We needed an overnight stay close to McCarran prior to an early morning flight out of Las Vegas. This hotel was great - provided everything we needed, and much more than the pricey hotel we stayed in previously on the Strip. Wish we had known about this place and spent the prior nights here instead - would have been less frazzled and saved a lot of money. Clean, comfortable and convenient, like most Best Westerns we have stayed in. Nice little amenities in the room (which we did NOT have at the Strip hotel). Slept well and got the rest we needed for another stressful travel day.

Wanted a hotel not on strip to sleep before flight the following afternoon, made reservation on the road. Reasonably priced, quiet, very nice staff at desk when we checked in and the next day at check out. Room was large and comfortable, plenty of towels, everything was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast area was organized and well attended, tidy, coffee in two locations. The person managing the breakfast area was kind and appeared to enjoy her job and took pride in good customer service. I would stay there again.

Wife and I stayed here as part of our first leg of our vacation. Ice machine on the floor obviously hadn't worked in a day or two with a floor plan constantly blowing to dry out the floor. The real problem was that we had to leave @ 5 am for an early flight and there was no hot water due to a burst pipe. Not a good experience when you have to take a 3 hour flight and you don't get a hot shower or even to wash your hands after using the bathroom - thank goodness for hand sanitizer.

Room Tip: We stayed on street level so you have the Las Vegas traffic to deal with. We only stayed one night b...
