Lots of free parking, large room for business travelers. Great location for people attending conventions at the Las Vegas Convention Center as it is a short ten minute walk down the street to the convention center.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in September 2013, the rooms were quite nice and the shuttle service to the strip was very handy and always on time, however the service when we first arrived was not to my satisfaction. We checked in at 3pm and were given our room keys, when we got to our room it hadn't even been cleaned!! We told the cleaners but then had to wait a further 2 hours. Luckily there was a big group of us travelling so we stayed in their hotel room whilst we waited for ours, and after ringing reception many of times to complain, instead of cleaning our room they decided to move us to the complete opposite end of the building to where our other friends were staying to a room that was clean... I don't understand why they didn't do this in the first place, and surely room keys shouldn't be handed out to guests if the rooms haven't been cleaned, shouldn't checks be done first? apart from this, it was a nice stay here.

We didn't want to stay on the Strip and this hotel had shuttle service there and also to the air port. It had a small casino, a very good breakfast and excellent Bloody Mary's! The monorail could be caught 3 blocks away. It had a very nice pool area and the rooms were large.

Pulses- The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and spacious, the pool/lawn area was clean and relaxing. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the LVCC. Room prices are reasonable.

Minuses- The lobby, restaurant, and small casino are all basically in the same room, meaning that you have to put up with noise and smoke while eating. The place could use an upgrade from it's 1970's look. The shuttle will take you to Balley's or the airport- period.

We are in Las Vegas at least twice a year and usually stay here as the hotel is dog friendly and the rooms are large with a kitchenette. This last stay will most likely be my "last". Fifteen minutes after arriving in our room and starting to unpack, the front desk called and said we were sent to the wrong room and would have to relocate because the room we were assigned was not pet friendly. We moved, of course, but it was inconvenient. My dog loved the new room probably because the bed skirt had urine stains all over it and he was happy to add a new one - my dog is very well house trained and hasn't lifted his leg inside for years. The room also smelled strongly of smoke, our next door neighbors were constantly outside our door smoking away. The curtains were pulled off the rod and had a stale smell. I made the mistake of taking off my shoes and walking around the room in white socks, they were absolutely filthy from what was apparently a very dirty carpet. The lighting was poor, the wi fi wasn't working much of the time, the towels were thin and well worn - This hotel just seems a little "seedier" every time we stay. For our next trip we will look elsewhere.

Booked week b4 on booking.com. Two rooms. Two beds each. 4 adults three kids and dog. Some mix up but worked out. First nite (sat) was like spring break outside door. All rooms face outside. Walls paper thin. Doors heavy and must slam shut. We stayed two more nites things settled down. I would call this place friendly all around except to all the xtra charges for what? Hate the fact no one any of our days could swim due to freezing cold pool that never warmed. I call this place a above average hotel in the getto. Again LV is a whole different world to most visitors.
