This is the restaurant next to the Rum Runner (LOVE IT) -- they have great food and friendly service. The fries are a must for me every time I'm there - they're delish! The blackened chicken wings and build your own burgers are also good. Oh and the cheese curds -- sounds weird but so good! I've honestly never had anything bad off the menu - and they're really good about taking care of you if you want to make changes. The Badger Cafe and Rum Runner are truly two local hidden gems - great food, service, and prices. If you're in the area and are looking for food - give it a chance, it's good :)

We were in Vegas when the Badgers played Kentucky in the final four and luckily someone had told us that there was a "Wisconsin Bar" in town. Rum Runner Packer Backer Bar isn't within walking distance from the strip, but worth the taxi ride to be with a hometown crowd that night. The beer and mixed drinks were reasonably priced and the waitresses will take your order and get food from the Badger Café that shares the space. The place was pretty full that night and the 2 waitresses couldn't keep up ( I think someone called in that night and they were working short), but the brats and burgers were delicious and could be topped with anything a "cheesehead" could want! We had a fun time and would go back again.

We were dropped off just up from the Pinball Hall of Fame on Tropicana Blvd, my daughter and I were hungry, we looked around, saw, two 7-11's and thought.. ummmm.. NO! We noticed a little strip mall, and saw this hidden gem in the city of sin. It seats maybe 25, but the customer service is AWESOME! The prices? WOW!!!! VERY reasonable! We both ordered a Philly Cheese-steak, with fries, I have GOT to say, THIS was right on par for being 2,477 miles from the original Philly Cheese-steak! WOW!! It filled us both up, and the fries? YUP! VERY good! Reminded of of curly fries but strait. We got full for only 12.75 for BOTH of us combined! If you get the chance, give this place a shot, its GOOD!
