We went to the Flamingo Road dinner for a 7:30 PM dinner reservation. Dark wood, romantic lighting, and non-stop Dean Martin on the sound system. The place was nearly empty - only one other table with 6 people. The bruschetta was good, as was the spinach salad, with one exception. We each had a bite of something that was unbelievable chewy, and neither of us could identify this mystery thing. Mrs. frsbdg had the fettucine with prosciutto, mushrooms, and peas; I had the risotto with sausage and spinach. Both were excellent. Service was very good. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 was that thing in the salad. But don't let that stop you from going, as the rest of the meal was great.
