We turned up havign just dropped off our rented harley so were all kitted out in bikers gear and incredibly sweaty and pretty gross. This didn't seem to phase the staff as we got out of the Eagle Rider van, or as we checked in. The service was impeccible, welcoming the newly-weds to the hotel.
We were asked if we'd like to upgrade our room at a reduced cost and refused this (we'd been on the road for 5 days staying at fairly crummy motels, so whatever room they were going to give us would feel like a palace) but they upgraded us anyway!
We had a strip view room on the 35th floor - the views were incredible, particularly from the ceiling to floor windows. the bed was the most comfortable i've ever slept in and boy did we sleep well for the 2 nights we were there - I'm surprised we even left the bed it was THAT comfortable! the room was huge and we had plenty of space and a great little coffee machine that made proper coffee.
We did, however, venture out and on our return we had a little card and a plate with two giant straweberries that were soaked in champagne and coated in chocolate in the bride and groom outfits - with compliments from the consierge. A really lovely touch.
there were bathrobes and slippers for us and luxury toiletries in the bathroom.
the whole place oozed understated luxury.
the staff were very helpful and always so polite, even after I wrote to them to thank them upon our return to the UK, I got a letter back from the Manager.
The only thing that let it down slightly was the location. It's right at the bottom of the strip and you need to add on at least an additional 20 minutes if walking to get there. The location was, in fact, so far away from the action that my husband has said he wouldn't go back. I on the otherhand, would.
But apart from the location, our stay here was faultless. An amazing experience for such a special time in our lives.

Room Tip: Ask for a strip view room.

We stayed here just before New Year. From the moment we arrived at the front door, we were looked after. While checking in, the receptionist called for our bags to be delivered to our room right away and they were there when we got to the room.

The room is spacious but I agree with some other reviews that the rooms are starting to date but everything is still spotless clean and immaculate.

We managed to use the house car a couple of times which I recommend if it's available.

This hotel is very different to all the other hotels in Las Vegas, but it's perfect if you want to come back to a hotel which takes no time to get to your room while avoiding crowds and with excellent customer service. Although the hotel does not have a Casino, this is not a problem as you are minutes away from Mandalay Bay with all the amenities.

The Four Seasons never disappoints when it comes to customer service, you feel truly looked after and you are not just another person through their doors, compared to other hotels in the strip.

My family and I stayed at the Four Seasons hotel in Las Vegas. Its a perfect hotel for kids and a quite oasis in the heart of Las vegas. The facilities and service were fantastic. We had a suite with 2 rooms, it was lioght and spacious and clean. The kids were welcomed with chocolates written in thier names and bath products ready especially for them. The pool was never busy and the staff around the pool were fantastic, remembering our names. The hotel is at the end of the strip which is good as its not crazy around you but means you cant walk to shopping or the other casinos. All together it was a great stay.

If Las Vegas is an oasis in the middle of the desert, then the Four Seasons is an oasis in the middle of Las Vegas. For the busniess traveler, it's tough to beat: top-notch service and facilites (as expected from a Four Seasons Hotel), excellent dining options in the hotel, and easy access...no need to walk a mile through a maze of slot machines and smoke to get to the lobby. Simply drive to the entrance, and you're there. If you want the "Vegas Experience" you can walk out a side door and enter Mandalay Bay's casino. If you want to venture out, no problem because there aren't any long lines at the Four Seasons, another huge plus. The Spa has a fully equipped gym, with a fantastic steam room. Various massage and beauty treatments are available.

For the business traveler, girlfriend's weekend, or a couple's getaway, if you're looking for the Vegas scene but want serenity at night, look no further than the Four Seasons.

My husband, toddler, and my mom accompanied me for a professional meeting at the Wynn in October and we stayed at the Four Seasons. We chose the Four Seasons because they provided a microwave and fridge free of charge for me to heat up milk for my toddler. We stayed at the suite, large square footage, large entry into the room and in front of each bathroom. They also had a welcome gift for my toddler and child soaps/shampoo (same with other Four Seasons). Their service was excellent. They put a diaper genie in the room. We went to Palmer's Steakhouse downstairs which was very good if you love wine and steak. The pool was nice, heated. Valet was very curteous, put bottled water in our rental car each time. The best things about this hotel are cleanliness, spaciousness, and customer service.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas for five nights over the New year period. The hotel was excellent and was everything we had expected from the information available on the internet. When we came back to the Four Seasons from being out on the Strip it was like turning down the volume the moment we entered the doors. However we also wanted a bit of fun and the proximity to the Mandalay Bay and the ability to sign for meals at any of the Mandalay Bay restaurants was very welcome. We would suggest the Spa is maybe just a little too expensive but apart from that the Four Seasons was great and we have no hesitation in recomending it to anyone wanting an upscale Vegas experience in a non smoking, non gambing environment.
