“Room was immaculate. Customer Service was amazing and everyone made eye contact with me and said hello with a smile!”

The service was perfect. From the moment I pulled up at the valet I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. My bags were automatically taken care of once they knew I was checking in. I was escorted all the way to the front desk and not just pointed there. The room was immaculate. They even had a robe for my 5 year old son ready and waiting. Everyone was friendly. I mean everyone. I walked by the spa and when I looked inside the lady at the front desk made eye contact and said hello to us. Our room was cleaned twice a day. Coming back from the Shark Reef aquarium and seeing our room completely cleaned with the soft music in the background on the TV and slippers by out bedside was a pleasant surprise.

We had booked a one room suite and were pleasantly shocked to be put in one of the nicest rooms in which we've ever stayed. It was a huge suite--kitchen, dining room, living room, work area, huge bathroom, gorgeous bedroom--with 180 degree views of the strip on the 37th floor. The room and the views were breathtaking.

We also loved the service and the food at Veranda, the in house cafe. The cocktail hour drink deals are great and the food was yummy. The room was blessedly quiet, the linens comfortable and the shower robust.

I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Vegas.

Room Tip: The higher the better!

This hotel is for those of us who have to travel to Las Vegas but would rather not be assaulted by casinos.

Very lovely hotel calm and quiet and very relaxing. Nice to return to the calm after a day out in the excitement of the Vegas strip.
I stayed with my husband, my two year old and three year old. The staff were happy to see the children - they didnt just "put up" with them as some hotels do. The spa was a delight.
Room service was a bit slow and not very flexible.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and classy, but it is intertwined with Mandalay Bay. It is confusing to get from the rooms to the business meeting areas.

I'd always stayed in Strip hotels before, but this time we stayed at the Four Seasons. It's far less overstated than other Vegas hotels. The rooms are big and very comfortable, cabs are readily available with very short lines, and room service is excellent. The Concierge can also help with large group dinner reservations, which was a bonus.

If you're staying for just one night, you may prefer to be on the Strip so you don't spend time going from place to place. If you're staying for more than a day or two, this is a nice way to have a relaxing vacation, a peaceful "home base" for your Vegas adventures, and to avoid the crush and tackiness that's hard to avoid in the Strip hotels.

Beautiful clean upscale hotel. Our 2 yr old was welcomed with sponge letters in the tub spelling out his name, a plate of M&Ms and gummy bears and cookie with Welcome, NAME spelled out in chocolate. Room was well taken care of and clean, and the hotel was spotless. Very nice staff and amenities. We really enjoyed the espresso bar in the mornings.
