“Relax and Enjoy Vegas without the Craziness!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 June 2012

We visit Las Vegas a lot but have always stayed at the Casino hotels and this time we decided to stay elsewhere and FOUND Four Seasons which was a pleasant surprise. This is the perfect spot to have the entertainment nearby but go back to your hotel room and expect SERVICE, QUALITY and the PAMPERING.

The employees here deserve a 5 STAR rating, they provide service with a smile but also genuinely enjoy their jobs and is noticeable throughout the hotel. Each employee has been so remarkable, from the valet, private shuttle, doorman, guest service agent and the housekeeper. Each one has made the difference form an ok hotel to an EXCELLENT property. We are just disappointed that we only stayed one night but look forward in coming back and staying here and at other Four Seasons Hotels. We are truly a converted traveler to a Four Season's guest.

The beds are AMAZING, plush and very restful, the pillows are to die for and the sheets are so pleasant that we will investigate if we can purchase the ensemble.

Rooms are spacious and elegantly appointed, clean and well serviced by the Housekeeping staff. Turn down service is also included which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is EXTREMELY clean and well appointed!

So, if you are traveling to Las Vegas and would like to enjoy personalized SERVICE with a SMILE coupled with serenity Four Season's Las Vegas is the place.

We will definitely be back and stay multiple nights.

Room Tip: High Floor overlooking the Pool but I'm sure that ALL rooms are amazing!

Initially I was concerned that the hotel was not really walking distance to most of the strip, but I was soon reminded of the peace and quiet that can be had being only modestly removed. I took my wife to Vegas for her birthday and wanted to find a little quieter setting than normal. The Four Seasons was the perfect choice. From Anthony's friendly assistance helping us get to our show on time, to the constantly helpful girls at the pool, we felt right at home. Having stayed at several other hotels in Vegas, many with larger rooms and some more expensive, the Four Seasons' rooms were exceptionally clean and neat and the amenities were superb. While we elected not to eat breakfast there due to the high price, or to use the well-stocked bar for the same reason, in the interest of fair and balanced, I must say that the price of the room for the quality will have me staying here on business regularly. The in-house pools are elegant, and well appointed...including mint and raspberry infused water service, and they are a perfect size for couples wanting to feel somewhat secluded. As a nice contrast, FS guests also have direct access to the Mandalay Beach wave pool, the lazy river (wife spent hours there), and other smaller pools and jacuzzis. This was the perfect setting for a special get-away, and I would highly recommend it.

I wrote an honest article about my families stay at this hotel last year. I was contacted by the general manager of the hotel and he was serious about making sure that they made up for the short falls on the previous trip. I can say that I have stayed in many 5 star locations around the world and few have gone to this length to get things right. I did not tell the manager when I was checking in but he made sure that he was there at my check in time to follow through. I was and am impressed by this and am convinced that the first stay was not a perfect day for them. I have already made reservations to go back and cannot wait.

Room Tip: The one bedroom suites are the way to go with a family

Staying at the hotel for the first time. We are Amex Plat members so we always use the fine resorts for the amenities that we get. We are here celebrating our 20th anniversary. I kind of had high expectations about this stay as I heard that a Four Seasons is even better than a Ritz Carlon. We are in a Premium strip view room and while it is nice it also is rather small compared to the other properties Amex has on their list. We had dinner at the Verandah Restaraunt and had a rather poor meal. My wife's risotto was bland and under cooked, it was actually crunchy. Atop the risotto was a piece of Halibut way over salted with no sauce at all just salty fish. Needless to say we were disappointed but life goes on as we don't sweat the small stuff. We tried the same Restaraunt this mourning with 2 orders of eggs Benedict and got hard boiled eggs, no kidding they were actually hard so for $65 for the two of us we will not be dinning here anytime soon. We might try Charlie palmers next door. The pool is small but nice and quiet and the service is top notch. It is rather nice being in a non gaming hotel simmilar to the Mandrin Oriental. All in all a nice property however I think the other fine resorts on Amex's list are better in my opinion.

Thank you for visiting Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas and for taking the time to write a review. Although We are happy to learn that you enjoyed your time at our pool and that you found the service topnotch, we are disappointed to hear of your negative experiences at Verandah. We aim to provide an unparalleled dining experience for our guests at Verandah and your experience certainly did not reflect that. As we mentioned in our direct message to you, our Food & Beverage Director, Brooke Gardner, would like to discuss your experience further. He values your feedback and looks forward to hearing from you.

If you are seeking an oasis in the desert then this is the place. To date, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment that you arrive you are made to feel special and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. We booked a strip view room that boasted spectacular views over the strip; the cleanliness was exceptional. Although part of The Mandalay Bay Hotel the separate entrance brings a sense of tranquility and it was lovely not to have to negotiate my way through a casino to get to the lobby. The pool was great and the service from the staff around the pool was superb. Fresh Evian water spray and iced chocolates was a surprise.....but lovely touch! The SPA/ gym was amazing. The Four Seasons is located at the end of the Strip so it's location may not suit everyone but if you are seeking somewhere to retreat to after a hectic day on the Strip then this is the ONE!

Room Tip: Select a Strip View room.

Have just spent 3 nights at Four Seasons with my husband and 2 daughters aged 7 & 9. Was so nice at the end of the day to return to such a peacefull place away from the smokey casinos! Our room overlooked the airport so there was always something to see. The kids had a ball in the wave pool and the lazy river so that kept them happy. Room was lovely and beds extremely comfortable. Staff very helpful and we were made to feel very special. A great place to stay, thank you.

This was our first time staying at a Four Seasons hotel but it will not be our last! From the minute we pulled up in our cab until the minute we left we felt like very special people. The staff were so courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. We upgraded to a suite which was unbelievable. We overlooked the Strip (for me) and the airport (for my husband) and the views were superb. The time spent at the pool has to be experienced, with ice cold towels, face spray, lollipops and frozen smoothies and the most comfortable sun beds. There were plenty of shady spots around the gardens if you wanted to get out of the sun. All in all a terrrific experience and one we look forward to repeating.!
