The Four Seasons provides first class in everything from service, rooms, food, concierge, to the pool. It is an oasis away from all the chaos of the strip, yet it is convenient to all the show venues and casinos. The customer service is impeccable which is a rarity these days. We had an outstanding meal at Charlie Palmer and the food and drinks were also quite good poolside. I wouldn't change a thing!!!

We were staying at THE HOTEL at Mandalay in Las Vegas to attend a friend's wedding on Saturday, October 6th at the Four Seasons. We were pleased with our hotel and it is on the same property with Mandalay Bay and the Four Seasons. We walked over and spoke to the concierge at the Four Seasons a day before the wedding. He could not have been more helpful and answered all our questions by looking at the wedding party booking. The wedding was held in the Fountain Terrace. The bride was pleased with her wedding planner. We enjoyed the appetizers and champagne following the ceremony. There was a guitar player for background music. We moved to an upstairs room where an outstanding dinner was served by using various food stations. Nothing could improve on the wonderful room, food, flowers, servers, bartenders and service by the Four Seasons employees. The wedding planner told us she moved the gifts to their room for them to open later. This was the best of the best wedding venues.

Wave pool and lazy river 'fast' was awesome for the kids and adults too. This hotel is not congested with perfumes and smoke. Very airy, clean, hotel... The gym made us want to workout. Headsets on every machine and nothing missing. All is cleanned upon use and ucaliptis steem room silkafied our skin. No extra charges for gym, internet included, etc... all other hotels charge extra.

Room Tip: Can walk anywhere and or hop on bus for $7 for 24hour: goes to Freemount Street; Outlet Malls (example shopping at outlet: Hugo Boss tie $19.97 and Hugo Boss tie "same one" on the Strip was $93.98; Fashion Show Mall; all of the stip. Double decker or express!

Our first trip to Las Vegas, and what a fantastic welcoming we received at the Four Seasons. For 8 days we were provided with an extremely high level of service. I cannot fault one aspect of it. The suite we had was fabulous - albeit was quite dark. I understand their rooms are about to undergo renovation however. Def would stay here again on our next trip to Vegas.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in late August, early September and everything was outstanding. The niggles that we experienced in last year's trip were nonexistent this time around.
From check in at 11pm where we were directed to our room by the Assistant Manager, to finally trying the Happy Hour at the Verandah Bar (apparently the Slider was awesome!), to the wonderful pool service, everything was flawless.

I would like to particularly complement Andres and Chanel (?) at the pool who were always immensely cheery and helpful. Andres particularly stood out - he remembered my husband's name after only two days, impressive when you think how many people they deal with on a daily basis. A new addition of a shaved ice cart over the Labour Day weekend was a great touch, and it wasn't just the kids who took advantage of it!

Room service seems to have improved a little, the food seemed to be a bit hotter when it reached us and as always it was within the very specific timeframe given when we ordered it. We stayed in our usual one bedroom suite and being on the other side of the hotel had the added bonus of not hearing the dull thud of the music from the pools, something that can be a real pain if you want an afternoon nap (it's Vegas, of course you want a nap!). This did mean that our view was of the airport and the mountains, but that's fine by me, I don't go to Vegas to look out the window!

This place knocks the socks off everywhere else and the planned renovations will be the icing on the cake - can't wait to go back next year.

Room Tip: If you want to avoid music noise in the afternoon during the summer ask for a mountain facing room.
