Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas
Ranked #1 of 264 Hotels in Las Vegas

Full disclosure: I don't really like Las Vegas.

We stayed here for two nights on the beginning of our Southwest hiking trip. The rooms in this hotel are on the upper floors (35-39) of Mandalay Bay so you have access to the crowded Mandalay property and wave pool, lazy river etc. The room itself was really nice. The view overlooks the airport but the planes aren't that noisy. The Four Seasons (exclusive) pool was nice and they had misters which make a difference especially when it was 117 degrees.

The best part of the hotel was the fact that the Four Seasons has separate elevators from the rest of Mandalay Bay so you don't have to wait to get on an elevator. Family members on the same trip with us stayed at Mandalay Bay and they had to wait 10 minutes at times to get on an elevator to their room.

Negatives:
One night Mandalay bay had a concert by the wave pool which lasted until 3AM with constant pounding bass. Even on the 39th floor it was loud. The wifi was spotty, the casino was somewhat grungy, the food is really expensive and not that good, especially the buffet place off the casino.

I had such a fantastic time staying at the Four Seasons with my best friends for a bachelorette party. The service is amazing and the pool is so relaxing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy Las Vegas, but not be in the middle of all the madness. We had a fabulous time and the Four Seasons was the perfect place to stay!

We're here at the Four Seasons Las Vegas at the end of a Tauck Canyonlands tour. The folks here at the Four Seasons have been so phenomenal that I feel compelled to write my comments before leaving this place.

Special shout out to Adam Newcomb, assistant manager who worked with me on getting our room. We had requested an upgrade from the Tauck reserved rooms. He spent time reviewing available options as if he was staying in the room.

Another shout-out is for Lawrence in Concierge. With my ID in my maiden name and credit cards both in my married and maiden name, this often leads to confusion and extra work particularly when ID is requested with using the credit cards. Lawrence helped get us tickets to the sold-out Michael Jackson ONE show. Not realizing the show requires ID, I used the "wrong" credit card. Lawrence, not only did not get flustered and upset with me, he went out of his way to print the actual tickets for me (so I didn't have to deal with matching ID etc), then deliver them to where we were having dinner so I didn't have to wait. This was service above and beyond!

All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. My husband just said he has not seen service like this. And we stay at many "high-end" hotels.

Our breakfast at the Verandah was fantastic. My husband said the eggs were some of the best he has had.

The rooms are clean, beautiful. The common area is nice as well.

There is a "monorail" at the Mandalay Bay which is connected to the Four Seasons make it very convenient to get to the other casinos.

But it is the service that make this place a special place.

Room Tip: Use your room key to use the Mandalay Facilities as well including the Foundation Room in the House...

The hotel looks terrific, excellent renovations to the guestrooms, they are fresh and spotless, front desk upon arrival was superb.

I liked the addition of the bar in the lobby, great to have a place to be able to meet people in a quieter but still energetic location prior to going out without having to go to one of the casinos.

Overall, great product and service.

As another reviewer wrote, "Oasis on the strip". Could not agree more! We thought it was a perfect location on the south side of the strip, with a nice and relaxed pool area. Close enough to all landmarks/attractions but still not in the middle of everything so that one get some relaxation. Also note that as a guest of the Four Season you have access to the pool area of the Mandalay Bay Hotel (not vice versa), which we thought was great as one could go there for a more relaxed lunch. Try to get a room with a view of the strip, giving you an amazing view of the strip both day and night time.

This is a great location in Las Vegas if you are looking to stay somewhere on the Strip that is a bit quieter. You also get to use the pool facilities of the Mandalay Bay which include a beach, a big pool with a wave machine and a lazy river. I would highly recommend for couples.

An oasis in the dessert! Everyone was friendly & helpful from check in to check out. The new Press restaurant area outside was great for happy hour and the Verandah provided fantastic service with dinner and the outstanding breakfast buffet. Having the private elevator to our room on the 38th floor gave us a nice quiet entrance to our peaceful room after the noise of the casino. Everyone offered us bottled water from check in to the valet boys and turn down service is available. Anything you want, just ask, the Four Seasons makes sure your stay is unforgettable. The atmosphere and amenities throughout the hotel and rooms were unique and appreciated. We will definitely be back, why stay anywhere else.
