“Fabulous stay-cation”
Reviewed 22 June 2014

As a 30 year resident of Las Vegas, my wife and I stayed here recently for a stay-cation. From the time you arrive it is like an oasis on the strip. We were upgraded to a large suite that was the size of a house. The service throughout the hotel is outstanding.

The best part of this hotel is that you can experience all the craziness of the strip and then instantly get away from that...into a beautiful resort.

Stayed here for 4 nights, 2nd-6th June and totally loved it.
From the minute your cab pulls up, your stupidly heavy suitcase is whisked away from you and you begin to relax. No wait to check-in, quiet classy stroll to the elevators to your perfect room.
I loved everything. The room was stunning, plenty of room and a lovely view of the pool complex. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Housekeeping were outstanding both morning and evening, I never even saw them but my room was always spot-on. Great to have a coffee maker as well. Had room service my first night as a treat and it was lovely. Delivered hot and I loved the table set up and the fact that you called them to take away your table when you had finished.
Special mention must go to the staff at the pool. They do an outstanding job. Always smiling, and happy to help you. Service is fantastic, no looking for a pool waitress for your drink as they are always coming around to check on you. Food is delicious, loved the tray being set up for you to eat from.
Easy access to the casino and other stuff at Mandalay Bay, but a delight to come back through the secret door to the Four Seasons.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, only problem is I am now spoilt and do not want to stay anywhere else in Vegas. Thanks for a fab stay!
Jo

Always a wonderful place to stay. Stayed here multiple times and service is always outstanding. A lot more quiet than the casinos. The bar and Charlie Palmer are great places to eat. Food is always good. If you want to enjoy parties and gambling. Just walk over to Mandalay Bay. Front desk is always great and very accommodating.

The hotel is occupying 5 floors from another hotel, onarrival no one to direct us to the reception
At the reception no eye contact, no smile denying having a paid booking until we showed them our printed booking, then without any apology gave us the keys to our rooms & after nearly 15 minutes navigating to find the correct elevators to our rooms. Room quality average if not less
& the check out experience was not better.
Again at this time & age hotels still charging for using Wi Fi !!!

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review, in addition to speaking with Roger Florentine, Director of Rooms. Please accept our sincere apology again for the disappointment you experienced during your stay at check-in, check-out, your room and wifi charge. What you experienced is not the high level of service excellence that we strive to achieve and maintain with every guest and we are very sorry. We hope that this will not deter you from returning and that we will have another opportunity to welcome you back.

The great thing about this hotel is the lack of a casino and the legions of people that accompany them. That makes it an ideal choice for us for Las Vegas, you are away from the chaos, but it is easily within reach if you so desire it. The service is decent and the rooms are nice, basic, quiet and clean, more like a business Four Seasons rather than a resort Four Seasons. The mattress of the bed in our room unfortunately was so worn that rolling over was nearly impossible. Needless to say this was terribly uncomfortable.
