“Smaller room count”
Reviewed 12 July 2014 via mobile

For a more personalized, smaller crowd experience, pick this hotel. The pool area is smaller, and the service is great. Try the burger with fried egg on it. Awesome. In-room dining also very good, we enjoyed a very nice breakfast each morning. We could see the airport from our room and for us it was great to see the action. After experiencing a less-than-desirable group near us in the steak house restaurant (we wanted quiet after a very long week) the staff accommodated our request to have our dinner delivered to our room. We appreciated that flexibility, mid-meal change. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Vegas.

Fantastic hotel in a strip hotel that didn't feel like a strip hotel. The Four Seasons is cleverly hidden on the top floors of the Mandalay Bay property. Very clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly and courteous staff. Amazing private pool, with access to Mandalay pool facilities as well. Reasonably priced as well!

We have spent 19 nights at Four Seasons in Las Vegas. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, it has been paradise. I honestly cannot find one thing to even hesitate to complain about. The room, the room service housekeepers, valet, pool, pool staff (amazing) and the font desk and concierge are just superb. The bed and furnishings are to die for. Thank you Four Seasons - already planning to return next year.

One night in Vegas has a different meaning with three little kids :) we stayed here one night before a ten day RV adventure and our experience was wonderful. From the moment we checked in till we walked out the door the staff were amazing. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite...with a wonderful view over the strip! Our housekeeping lady was second to none, bringing us bathrobes for the kids, extra towels and a genuine kindness and hospitality! Thank you! Our bell boy was genuinely interested in our comfort even checking the room on our departure for left behind treasures. The pool area was lovely and a quick visit to the crowded an insane Mandalay bay next door reassured us of our great choice! The kids loved the cookies at check in and we had a great time exploring the strip.....only negative was the kid friendly restaurant advice we received from the concierge.....he booked us into a not so kid friendly restaurant at the Bellagio....lovely but not for kids!

Room Tip: The suites with a strip view were beautiful!

Thank you for taking the time a detailed review following your stay. We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed the Strip View Suite upgrade, wonderful service by housekeeping and bell services, our pool, and the children's amenities. We would like to sincerely apologize for the misinformation you were given by concierge and if you haven't already, we would love if you would contact our Chef Concierge, Adrian Little, at 702-632-5300 and let him know what restaurant it was, so we can correct our information. We hope that we will have future opportunities to welcome you and your family back.

I've stayed at the FS Vegas at least a half dozen times over the past few years. It is easily my favorite hotel on the strip and has the perfect combination of fun, quiet, and accessibility.

The FS occupies the top floors of the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino, but it's an entirely separate entity with it's own lobby, entrance, check in, and amenities. However, it is accessible from the Mandalay via a discreet keycarded door just off the Mandalay lobby or via a nondescript hallway in the basement floor. What this gets you is accessibility to the fun, restaurants, and (free) parking of the Mandalay, but when you're ready to get away, it's completely quiet and serene.

The rooms are very nice, but not quite on the same level as the other high end properties such as the Wynn or the Mandarin Oriental. The rooms are spacious, but not quite as large. Bathrooms are marble/granite clad with separate shower and tubs, but only one sink instead of dual vanities. Everything else is as would be expected of a five star property including bed linens, comfort, cleanliness, upkeep, etc.

The pool area is separate from the Mandalay's. It's smaller (as expected), but nice with plenty of padded chairs and shade. It has, hands down, the best poolside service of any strip hotel (and I've stayed at all the major ones). It gives the Maui FS a run for it's money which I think is the best anywhere. Complimentary carafes of water, evian spritzes, sunglass cleaning, fruit slices, popsicles, etc throughout the day. Service staff are great and accommodating. For example, one time, we ordered a fruit smoothy with blueberries. Rather than tell us they didn't have blueberries, the waiter ran across the Mandalay property to get some (and the Mandalay is a BIG property).

The spa facilities are small, but nice and complimentary. Restaurants are very good.

And if the SF facilities aren't to your liking, guests have access to all the Mandalay facilities such as the pool and spa (standard day pass fee applies).

For parking, valet is available, but I typically just park at the Mandalay parking which is free. It's a bit of a walk through the casino, so you might want to drop your bags off first. The Mandalay parking is great as it's very easy to get in and out of the parking garage since it's actually exits onto Frank Sinatra Blvd rather than the strip.

Stayed in a one bedroom strip view room June 26th to July 5th. As always if you want to have a oasis in Vegas this your place.

Check in is a breeze, no long queues staff is professional and friendly and not sure what others are talking about not being offered water we were immediately offered it while checking in and any time we saw a housekeeper it was offered to us as well.

New rooms are great nice décor and always love the size. I still think the best part of this hotel is the staff at the pool, they remember us every year and are so welcoming to our son who they spoil. As well when we leave to go to the pool for the morning housekeeping always immediately starts to clean our room.

If you are taking kids to Vegas I think this is one of the only choices, they cater to kids and you can use the Mandalay Bay wave pools etc but then retreat back to the FS for some quiet time.

Honestly this is our favorite yearly vacation.

Ali

Room Tip: The strip view was great but honestly think if you are travelling with kids the pool view is just as...

After having read all the reviews I decided not to stay in one of the casino hotels on the strip like I usually do.

I expected much more from the Four Seasons as I love this brand!

It was nice, but not as plush as I thought it would be.

What was the nicest thing about this hotel was that it wasn't as crazily busy as the other hotels on the strip because they don't have a casino. Given that we were there on 4th July weekend, it was nice to be able to escape the crowds.

The pool was nice and all the staff there were very attentive.

Would I go back? I'm not sure.
