“The Four Seasons continues to satisfy.”

A recent stay at the Four Seasons Las Vegas left me yearning for "let's visit every Four Seasons in the Country" to see if they all provide the same excellent service. From the "secret" casino level entrance to the "privileged" lobby floor (not that easy to find from Mandalay Bay, which was probably intentional), the Four Seasons shines with beauty and excellent customer service. The room was elegantly appointed and every single person we passed in the hallway or lobby made a point to say hello as if we were special.

Room Tip: Ask for the hotel car when visiting the strip. It is free and very classy!

Stayed here during family holiday tour of the US west coast. We found it to be an oasis amongst the madness of Vegas. Fantastic for our family of 3 kids (9, 7, 2). Beautiful room, amazing view down the strip, plenty of space for us all. Staff were fantastic, lovely attentive touches round the swimming pool. Some times you really do get what you pay for; we did here.

Just about everything at the hotel was perfect during our visit. We stayed here with our two young children and appreciated how helpful the staff was in accommodating us. Check in was fast which is something I had taken for granted until I overheard people in the lazy river talking about their 90-minute wait to check in at Mandalay Bay. After our daughter received a nice welcome cookie, we headed to the room where the mini-fridge and crib we pre-ordered were waiting. About 30 minutes later, there was a knock on the door and a welcome gift of popcorn, chips and root beer for the kids was delivered. A very nice touch.

We also booked through the Amex FHR program and took advantage of each of those perks. The breakfast perk didn't quite cover us each morning because food was expensive at the hotel, but not outrageous. My wife used the Spa and loved it and we both used the very nice gym. They have a lot of Cybex cardio equipment (high quality) and also a bunch of machines and free weights. There are plenty of towels and water, everything is very clean, and the steam room is available to use.

We spent a lot of time at the pool and really enjoyed the service there. The staff was very attentive and took time each day to chat with us and say hello to our children. There is a relaxed, private feeling to the pool area that we loved coming back to. While we appreciated access to the Mandalay pool, the environment at the FS pool was simply more stress-free and exclusive.

After about 10 trips to Vegas and after staying in as many hotels, I can say that the FS was my favorite. It is a great place for families and a great place for a recharge that still offers access to the wilder side of the city.

We are on a pre-honeymoon vacation and happy that we stayed here as we are exhausted from the wedding planning. This is a great hotel for a laid back Vegas experience. The service is very good and the rooms are good too. We got chocolate covered strawberries from the hotel which showed they cared which always goes along way.

Room Tip: Ask for one with a strip view

I came to Vegas with my two teenagers. This was my first time at the Four Seasons. It was a completely different experience than staying in a hotel on the Strip with a casino. It is calm, quiet and intimate. Our room was nicely appointed, and spacious. The pool was quiet and pleasant with attentive staff. It is at the end of the Strip, so it's a bit of an effort to get to other hotels, but for me it was worth it. Next time I am in Las Vegas, I will certainly stay at the Four Seasons.

For us it's the little things that count. Impeccable customer interactions by all staff from front desk to service folks you see in the hallways always a greeting and a smile. The touches that set them apart - ironing board, iron and spray, cotton pads, qtips, great products. The shower head is great the tub is deep towels are ample +++ Pool is lovely service is great they passed out frozen snickers, your are set up with chair cover, towels and a pitcher of cold H2o. Veranda restaurant is great for breakfast. Charlie Palmer steak house was excellent! Try the CP Pinot get a bottle great price for a very nice bottle of wine. We are still staying at the resort will add more info as our stay continues.

I agree with a recent review that this hotel is very quiet. What a welcome relief from the rest of this town. I have to come every year for a trade show at the Mandalay Bay convention center and I am not a big fan of Las Vegas, especially in July. But I will stay at this hotel again next year. Didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked very nice. It was great to walk to the convention center without having to go outside, but it is a bit of a hike (as it would be from anywhere else, even the parking lot if staying at another hotel and driving). For breakfast I suggest the coffee bar in the Four Seasons lobby. Delicious coffee and muffins, etc, and a very well kept secret. and you can avoid the horrendous line at Starbucks on the Casino level. I know that some people will always go to Starbucks but I felt that the coffee and food here was even better and was also less expensive. As far as the hotel goes, I would say it is close to perfect, with the exception of access to the Four Seasons floors (#35-40 or something like that). Since it is only a small part of the building (the Mandalay Bay being the rest of the floors) it can be very confusing to get back to access those floors if you are on any of the other floors for any reason. Access is through a small door in the lobby (2nd floor, I think!) that is easy to miss, and needs a key card, to which I don't object. I will definitely stay in this peaceful place again.
