I should start off by saying that we frequent the 4 season hotel chains throughout the world...we have always been very impressed with their service, amenities, and ability to always anticipate your wants.
But, Vegas seems to be another animal apparently. We have stayed here about 4 times, each one about 5 days each stay. Things have only gotten worse year after year. The concierge had botched simple things like getting flowers delivered to the room more than 2 times. And is unable to get a local restaurant in THE SAME HOTEL to delver food.

And although their beds are always comfy and staff friendly, they obviously don't know what a suite is. We upgraded to a PAID strip view suite and the room has neither a strip view nor is a suite.... I have attached a picture from the room for you to see of yourself... You tell me where you see the strip? What kind of suite does not have a double sink nor a couch to sit on. Lastly, why does one have to pay for an upgrade f they are a frequent guest?

In all, this hotel may be called a 4 Seasons but I assure you this property can not hold a candle to any of the other 4 seasons that holds its name.In short, definitely we'll positioned hotel, but don't rely on the rooms or concierge go do anything to make your Vegas stay memorable.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for your loyalty to our brand around the world, especially our hotel on your past four visits. We are very sorry to hear that your stays with us have gotten worse with each visit and that your last visit brought more disappointments with our Concierge and Strip View Suite. As noted in our direct message, our Director of Rooms would like to speak with you further to discuss your stay. We welcome your feedback and he hopes to hear from you soon.

Second time to stay here and it's definitely the best in Vegas. The Four Seasons is located on the top few floors of Mandalay Bay so you can have all the fun then retire to your peaceful oasis in the desert. Spa is perfect, large, well-equipped fitness center, housekeeping keeps everything stocked in room, food and service in restaurant and bar are great, never a wait for a taxi. I might just move in. I enjoy trying new hotels but as far as Vegas goes, I will always come back to Four Seasons. No reason to stay anywhere else.

Room Tip: Rooms are either pool view or Strip view. I love both.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel as part of a conference group for 4 nights, it was a fabulous place. Enormous, luxurious room with extremely comfortable bed. Only issue I would mention was the lighting, only one window in the corner of the room, the rest was mood lighting lamps by the bed & chair for reading. But still the nicest largest hotel room I have every stayed in.
We had a room close to the lifts thankfully, very long walk from lifts to reception desk etc. heaps of exercise walking.
We did have a separate dining room for breakfast, separate to other guests staying in the hotel & the food was okay, not great. Not a fan of powdered scrambled eggs.
The hotel is in the Mandalay, very southern end of the strip, away from the all the action. So either a taxi or bus is required to go anywhere.
There is a stop for the Deuce bus just outside, $8 for 24 hr ticket.
Very close to the Southern Outlets for shopping.

From the moment I arrived the service was 5star. Rooms are immaculate. Staff all around were very pleasant. It is the most dog friendly hotel I've stayed.
Not a Vegas fan but would always stay here since it is casino free and no smoking.

Room Tip: Am sure all are great!

Our experience at the Four Seasons Las Vegas was very good but not perfect. A number of little things marred the experience. With so many luxury hotel choices in Vegas we will probably try somewhere else next time. The positives of the Four Seasons are well known - no casino to walk through and no smoking. Service was excellent in almost all areas with staff being attentive and courteous but there were a couple of problems. We were supposed to have a cheese and fruit plate waiting on arrival and it wasn't. When it arrived the grapes had cleanser residue on them and just about made us sick. The Wall Street Journal was never delivered despite repeated requests. The ice machine on our wing wasn't working when we arrived and still wasn't working when we left, despite notifying them of the problem. And pet friendliness is great but not when someone's dog leaves a mess in the elevator!

A recent stay at the Four Seasons Las Vegas left me yearning for "let's visit every Four Seasons in the Country" to see if they all provide the same excellent service. From the "secret" casino level entrance to the "privileged" lobby floor (not that easy to find from Mandalay Bay, which was probably intentional), the Four Seasons shines with beauty and excellent customer service. The room was elegantly appointed and every single person we passed in the hallway or lobby made a point to say hello as if we were special.

Room Tip: Ask for the hotel car when visiting the strip. It is free and very classy!

Stayed here during family holiday tour of the US west coast. We found it to be an oasis amongst the madness of Vegas. Fantastic for our family of 3 kids (9, 7, 2). Beautiful room, amazing view down the strip, plenty of space for us all. Staff were fantastic, lovely attentive touches round the swimming pool. Some times you really do get what you pay for; we did here.
