We visited more or less the major hotels while in Las Vegas. We were and are very happy we selected the Four Seasons as it is quite, has its own environment in the larger Mandalay Bay hotel. Small scale, private, quite and still be able to access the scene as you like.

Rooms are good, spacious if you take the studio like we did.

We were a bit surprised about the little information you get at check in, room key and directions to the elevators and that's it. No map of the complex property, no information on breakfast, lunch, dinner, nothing.

Breakfast had buffet but times were never communicated. One day there was no breakfast as there was not enough "volume" - for the hotel that is.... Bit strange and low client service if you ask us.

Dinner at the Veranda was very good, highly recommended. We would skip the steak house, food was okay but service was very poor. Very arrogant staff, big difference to the Veranda.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the quietness of our hotel, yet also the close proximity to the action and the service and food at our Veranda restaurant. We are sorry, however, to hear of your disappointment with the lack of information provided at check-in, that the breakfast buffet times weren't communicated and your dinner at Charlie Palmer Steak. We will share your comments with Charlie Palmer Steak's management team. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have future opportunities to welcome you back.

Do you like luxury? Do you like quiet mixed in with the high-octane speed of Vegas? Do you like customer service so good you can't believe it? Then just stay at the 4 Seasons Vegas. Rooms are fantastic, service is better, and food is absolutely divine. Only place where we felt a bit overlooked was the pool, but it was insane and those workers are constantly busting their butts. Rooms are so quiet, housekeeping was SPECTACULAR and the concierge would absolutely delight in helping you with anything. Do it. Don't look anyplace else. (Yes, it's a far walk to get anywhere, but it's worth it)

Room Tip: We had a room that overlooked the Luxor and it was very quiet. It was quite a walk from the elevators and even part of a potential 3-bedroom suite but it was still absolutely 100% quiet.

I stayed at the Four Seaons for a couple of nights in June. The service is absolutely impeccable. I arrived early on the first day (8am) of my stay and within 30 minutes was happily settling into my room. The renovated rooms are lovely and very comfortable. I was able to spend some time at the pool on the second afternoon of my stay. The staff at the pool are exceptional: attentive without being intrusive. Can't wait to return.

This place is by far....the absolute best luxury hotel on the strip. Top notch services from room service to amenities, to food, to fabulous private pool/lounge area. You know/feel/see the difference as soon as you walk into the lobby. Also one of the only hotels on the strip to take pets and boy do they take pets......dogs are treated like royalty here! Matter of fact......all guests are treated like royalty......but be ready to tip everyone.....from valet to room service.....to pool servers. But there is a reason we return year after year........

From the time you pull up to the door, you are accommodated. Check in was swift as there are no long check in lines as with other Vegas hotels. This smoke free, gaming free hotel does have quick access to the adjoining casino so you can join the fun without leaving the grounds. Very tranquil, private and part of the action (if you want it!). Staff is very friendly!
