We typically stay at the Wynn, however, thought it would be more convenient to stay at Caesar's since we were seeing Elton John in concert there. While the hotel room was average and clean, it definately is showing signs of ageing. The bed and pillows really left alot to be desired. The decor was bland. The casino and hotel itself we found very confusing to get around. The casino was lackluster in it's machine gaming options. There were numerous machines out of order. We found the casino floor lacking in cocktail waitresses and many times had to go and get our own drinks. The staff were all very pleasant.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Palace Tower, room 737.

We stayed for a week at Caesars in October 2012 when we got married, we stayed in the Palace tower premium room. We have been to Vegas many, many times before and have stayed at many different hotels, but now that we have stayed here.....this is our new choice.

The check in process was quick and easy as we had booked our wedding here as well, we ended up with VIP check in.

My Parents, Aunt & Uncle also had the same room type, all the rooms were immaculate and cleaned thoroughly each day. The shower is a huge bonus as is the large 2 person jacuzzi tub. And the dual toilets...nice to have a his and hers toilet lol

There is a Keurig machine in each room, as well as a mini bar...

The pool area is awesome, we enjoyed some time at the pool, relaxing a few days before the wedding.

Location on the Strip is very good, it can be a long walk, but you learn the shortcuts. Serendipity just outside Caesars is a great place to eat.

This place is overpriced for the actual value. The rooms seems worn out, and the decorative pillows that they have in the rooms don't seem to get cleaned. It really grosses me out to think about 50+ other people sleeping with them, or who knows what else. For the rate, I would definately stay somewhere else.

Oh, and unless you pay for baggage service, you have to carry everything pretty far across the casino to the other side. Which also makes it sort of a pain if you're meeting someone at the front, it's not just convenient walk down to the lobby.

Dont get me wrong Ceasars Palace is a great hotel, very elegant, well located and great Casino, but I got a Regular guest room and I was displeased with it, they offered an upgrade for an extra fee but I rejected it. The room looked worn, the bed was way too soft and poorly decored. Aside form the bad room in wich I spent little time the rest was great, very good location right on the middle of the strip, inside passage to the Forum shops wich are great, lots of restaurants in the property. I guess I will consider paying for the upgrade next time if I ever get there again. I would stay there again probably anyway.

Room Tip: Ask for an upgrade, guest rooms are average.

My recent visit to Vegas included a stop at Caesars, The casino and lobby are very clean and well maintained. The wait staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience. I believe the Caesars/Harrah's chain of casinos have a big chunk of the gambling experience in Las Vegas. Had a good time.

Sure, you can get all upscale and stay at a faceless designer hotel on the strip, but what those may have in expensive wall treatments can't replace the pure Vegas-ness of Caesars--and you don't have to give up any of the upscale appeal, either. Caesars manages to combine old Vegas kitsch with new Vegas shimmer in a way that's very comfortable while still appealing to my sense of entitlement and desperate need to be waited on hand and foot. The staff is unfailingly pleasant, polite, and professional, and that can't be said for every Vegas property. The hotel offers several towers of varying price and appointments; we stayed in a suite in the Palace (thanks to an upgrade at the registration desk, which made standing in a long--but efficiently-moving--line worthwhile) and it was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The Palace Tower is one of the older, renovated ones, and it was clearly not New, but it was still quite nice. (OK, if I have to nit-pick and find something, there appeared to be a bit of a delay in picking up glassware left outside rooms, sometimes as much as a day.) The restaurants in Caesars are world-class, and we especially enjoyed Bobby Flay's Mesa: it was expensive, but offered phenomenally good food. We also enjoyed Central by Michel Richard for breakfasts, and Payard Patisserie for some wonderful ice cream. There's plenty to do at Caesars besides eat, from gambling in two separate casinos to shopping in the Forum: a visual delight, with bigger-than-life Roman statuary under a faux-evening sky, looming over as many high-end designer boutiques as anyone could possibly want. The Qua spa is phenomenal, and the staff friendly and very good at what they do. Qua offers a wide range of treatment choices, and outstanding amenities. There's plenty of entertainment, including clubs, and of course there are the regular shows: Celine Dion, Shania Twain, and (on the weekend we were there) Sir Elton John--which was a great, great show. But if that's not enough, Caesars is well-located on the Strip for walks to other properties: MGM, for instance, is about 30 minutes away by foot. I'm writing this just after we got back from four fabulous days in Vegas, and we couldn't be happier with our Caesars Palace experience.

We spent one night at Caesars Palace on our way back to Alaska and were impressed. Got a great room rate on Expedia so were excited to check it out. They upgraded our room at check-in to a suite with an adjoining room for the kids, VERY sweet room. Loved it! The staff is wonderful from entering the door to check-out. Top notch service. The only con was there really wasn't a simple fast restaurant to get a quick meal at, lots of nice restaurants but could have used a quick burger, pizza, etc. like in some of the other hotels. We walked down the strip to Pinks and got a great hotdog. Would love to stay there again when in town. We stayed in the Forum Tower.
