I visit Las Vegas as often as I can and have stayed at many hotels on the strip. Caesars did not disappoint. Great access for some of my favorite shops. Service was great. Room was nice if not the best that I have stayed at in Vegas. Buffet was awesome and well worth the wait ( and there was a wait as it is very popular). Overall was still a great stay. Big plus for me was also the ready supply of french macaroons from the pastry shop downstairs.

No one could give me directions to one of the restaurants from the tower in which I was staying. Not the restaurant. Not the concierge.
Payard said they'd bring crepe to table. After 15 mins I went up to counter. It had been sitting there getting cold, gathering dust. At Java, 3 people doing nothing while I was 2nd in line. After 10 mins w/ them not helping, I left.
Customer service had very bad attitude-snooty with no help & apathetic.
Bathtub in suite very dirty.

Stayed for three nights and never had a problem. The housekeeping staff was great!! The staff in the casino area was always ready to help, if you had a question. Most dealers were friendly at the tables. The food was great in the conference areas. I would stay here again!!

My Wife and I stayed at Ceasars Palace week of feb 10 2014.
from check in to check out everything was absolutely FANTASIC. Joani at the reservation desk was extremely friendly, and helpful. We stayed in the Augustus Tower , and were VERY impressed and comfortable. Only problem with Ceasars is , we are both very spoiled now.
We would like to thank the Management for the wonderful service we received by their employees.

I generally visit Las Vegas twice a year and the last two trips we were in the Octavius tower. The rooms were lovely but they were a long walk from the elevators and the casino. The Augustus tower is closer and the rooms are also very nice; however, we really enjoy visiting the pools which are the greatest during the day and casino early AM and evenings and prefer the Palace tower but couldn't get into that one on our last two trips. The comps are good and there is a good selection of restaurants. The VIP Lounge is very nice but crowded. I am allergic to seafood and the "fishy smell" around the buffet area is really bad.

Room Tip: Octavius and Augustus towers are newest and very nice. If you don't like to walk long distances...

I've stayed here a few times and when I first came here I admit that I found the theme to be rather tacky. But despite that I found the hotel to be rather nice especially since they renovated it a few years back. They have fountains and statues for picture taking opportunities. I also have seen a few hired models who dressed in roman attire to entertain the crowd.

The real highlight of this hotel is their pools. Their pool area is quite large and consists of many smaller pools. It's quite a site from your hotel room. They even have laid out beds surrouding the pool if you won't settle for a lounge chair. Even though they have dozens of different pool I have not been able to locate a jacuzzi. Disappointing! The only thing I found close to a jacuzzi was the size of a kiddie pool and rather low. The water was warm but not hot at all with no jet streams.

Another big plus is the forum shops. So if the gaming and pools aren't enough you always have the option to shop and eat. The forum shops have a few restaurants but I would come here for dessert to unwind after a good dinner elsewhere. They also house a number of high end stores especially if you are into shoes and handbags.

Aside from the all the more popular places to play poker like Venetian and Bellagio, Caesers also has a dedicated poker room and it is actually isolated from everything else so you don't have to deal with all that indoor smoking and random odors. Action varies quite a bit depending on when you go. My friend talks about it quite a bit but it to be a little disappointing.

The rooms are decently sized for the price and if you upgrade from the smallest room you get a rather large hot tub to go with it.

The buffet met my expectations and in my opinion is definitely in my top 3.

Use the hoteltonight app for $25 off stay if you've never used the app before.

Go see Celine at the Colosseum. I heard it was good.

Caesar's Palace is still a place to stay in Las Vegas. The rooms are up to date and give you plenty of space. Once you figure your way around this large property you will have little trouble navigating this hotel. The Coliseum always have a name entertainer. The restaurants are superb, the staff friendly and helpful. With so many choices Caesar's is still a good choice.

Room Tip: Try one of the towers for a superb view.
