Had another great weekend in LV staying at Caesars Palace. Stayed in Augustus tower facing the fountains. Room was spacious and clean, standard Augustus room. When traveling with my daughters I prefer the Augustus tower to Octavius due to the additional shelf space in the shower. My daughters enjoyed daybeds by the pool while we gambled. Service was great all around. Ate at the following: Hells' Kitchen (everyone should try), Beijing Noodle 9 (eat here at least once a trip), Giada's (great food and wonderful ambiance), Rao's (fantastic) and Hash House a Go Go (great food and great prices). Ready to return!

Luxury...luxury...luxury! Others may claim it but Caesar’s is the premium in Vegas! Every detail is perfect along with friendly efficient and helpful staff. The pool area is amazing- lots of room and beautiful grounds! The slots are hot in the casino too! I love to gamble there because I can actually win!

We stayed 3 nights in the Augustus Tower this trip to Vegas. Had an hour wait to get checked in even though we were in VIP check in. At first room was not ready at 7:30 at night and they said had no view. When they finally got us in a room it had a wonderful view but getting there was quite a hassle. We were Diamond guests and the Augustus Tower is close to Diamond Lounge and VIP check in. Our room had a wonderful view of the Bellagio fountains and the strip, spa tub, tile shower, double sinks, and we requested a refrigerator so we would not be charged for the mini bar items in the room, thanks to the reviews on Trip Advisor for a heads up. We took our own Keurig pods and condiments. Also our tower was close to the many pools Caesar's has to offer. The pools were amazing on these 4 very hot days and we really enjoyed them. Towels and loungers are free to guests. Diamond lounge had hot food from 4-6 and salad, chips, etc. after that. Hours were 4-9 on weekdays. Bottled water was provided here also. Casino hosts were non existent and when we asked for comps for $33, we were told that they could not comp as long as we had reward credits. This is not the way to treat valued guests.
Other Total Rewards properties are much more appreciative of their players. All said and done we had a great time and Rod Stewart was wonderful.

Room Tip: Request a higher floor for the best view.

We were very satisfied with the service, cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and efficient, however, We found that the coffee, condiments and water are not complimentary and are very expensive. The last visit we had at Caesar's Palace this was not the case. Coffee condiments and water were all complimentary. We were informed that since Caesars Palace is now under new management Coffee condiments and water are no longer complimentary. That was very disappointing to me.

Rest assured, we continue to evaluate our pricing to remain competitive with other luxury resort destinations in Las Vegas. We continue to evaluate these pricing offerings on an on-going basis.
