“We had a great stay.”
Reviewed 17 July 2013

Our room was extremely nice and clean. The hotel was nice and cool even though it was 111 outside. The hotel was huge. There was plenty to do. Stay in the West Tower, it is newly renovated. This was our first time in Vegas so we didn't realize how far it was from the rest of the strip. Don't walk to the rest of the strip unless you like walking miles and want a good workout. There is a monorail that is a few blocks away, catch it at LVH. We took it back to the hotel and the map said the best stop is Sahara but you can't get across to the Las Vegas street.
Overall you couldn't beat the price. Also once we found the monorail it was easy to get to the rest of the strip. You have to pay but worth it. We would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Select a room in the West Tower, it is newly renovated. Don't check in around 3;30 , most of th...

Let's see, I haven't read the reviews, but can imagine a wide spectrum of comments. We selected Circus Circus because we were traveling with family members of all ages and we know that Vegas is not "kid friendly", but Circus Circus is just that...kid and family friendly. Is the food expensive...YES...as is all of Vegas, prices were comparable with other hotels on the strip. Location is great for families, not great if you planned on spending lots of time on the strip...its a bit of a lengthy walk (45 mins) in very warm weather. There is a high end mall nearby and discount shopping a few blocks away at Ross Dress for Less. There's another casino across the street - the Rivera. There is a McDonald's next door and strip clubs galore within walking distance, shooting range across the street and last but not least, free parking! The rooms in the West Tower were nice, recently updated. The downside is the bedspreads on both beds were noticably soiled. I asked to have them changed or removed, but they remained in place for the entire 3 night stay - hence the 3 not 4 rating. If you are traveling with family and want to be near the strip but not on it and have options for good family fun, this is the place for you. If you are looking to party at the clubs and casino hop on the strip, you may want to consider an option closer to the main attractions, you will need a car or have to take the bus or taxis to the main part of the strip.

Room Tip: West Tower rooms were nice, updated

He had a very nice stay here. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean but there was a problem with the plumbing. We were moved quickly. The beds were very comfortable. The buffet was good. Overall, for the price, a bargain!

Yes, I was very satisfied with the price and value of our room. The newly redecorated rooms are very nice and comfortable. My family and I had lots of fun and felt very well taken care of. People who say that Las Vegas is not for kids has never been to Vegas and has never stayed at the Circus Circus. Vegas is my favorite city and it was nice to be able to share it with my kids and stay at a family friendly hotel like the Circus Circus!

The room was a good price it was very clean and nice. My 7mth old got sick use to the heat the first night we was their and threw up everywhere. Housekeeping was very nice to help change the beds and clean it up at 830pm. For a family hotel my kids really enjoyed themselves and so did I.

We went here on a package holiday with a group of friends. As some were fairly price concious we landed in the Circus Circus. This was advertised as being on Strip, whcih technically it is but the location is a killer. We had to take taxis or buses everywhere and it really was detrimental to our trip. We certainly didn't save any money in the long term.

Our rooms were actually ok, dated but kept clean so no complaints there. Didn't spend much time in the casino here, there are so many better places in Vegas for a group of 10 guys.

We're going back in October and staying in the MGM. My advice would be to pay the bit extra and get a decent hotel on the strip. The money you save on taxis alone will cover it.

The rooms are well kept spacious and comfortable..The stay was extremely friendly and very helpful..The Buffet is exceptional a huge variety from Asian, Hispanic, Italian and American food..The only problem I had was locating the pool.. Depending on what area of the hotel you stay it is a bit difficult to locate..All in all this is my favorite place to stay..
