Stayed for 2 nights in the newly renovated west tower. The rooms are nicely done up, appear little cramped, and lack basic coffee maker and Microwave. Ours room had a good view of the airport and beyond

Our West Tower is designed for optimal comfort within a minimal space, utilizing modern amenities and a convenient proximity to the Las Vegas Strip for MGM Grand guests. If size was a concern, you may want to consider accommodations in our Grand Tower the next time you’re in town. They have enjoyed a recent remodel during our Grand Renovation project, and offer a more traditional room presentation.

We received an offer from MGM Grand back in March on our MLife points. The offer included a "suite upgrade" if available. Of course when we checked in on a Sunday night there weren't any suites available. So we took a King Non-Smoking. The room was very nice, clean, room darkening shades, and comfortable. On our third day there we called housekeeping prior to them cleaning for the day and asked for extra towels. When we arrived back to get cleaned up for the evening plans we didn't get the extra towels. Okay, we are in Vegas and on vacation, we aren't going to let that little thing bug us. The next day we called again...same story..they said they were sorry and they would be sure to get us extra towels. I guess the communication in the housecleaning staff isn't very good because once again we didn't get extra towels.
Overall the hotel was good. Staff is very friendly and they always greet you in the hallways. Plenty of places to eat and the gambling was fun.

We stayed at the MGM Grand a couple of years ago and had a very good time. We were comped for a wonderful meal at Wolfgang Pucks and moved to a beautiful suite at no extra charge. It was great. This was after spending a lot of money at the games there.

We went back to Vegas this year and decided to upgrade to a betteror so we thought, MGM Resort hotel I am not naming since I already had a review about it. What we got was not as good and then to say they were sorry, the management offered us useless gifts. They offered: $75.00 in meals or drinks iIF we come back; an upgrade to a suite, iIF we come back and a corner suite on top of that; BUT ALL ONLY IF WE COME BACK, of course.

Who said I wanted to go back? I wasn't happy the first time so why would I be happy the second time? I have no intention of going back to their hotels again. They really think a lot of themselves and then they notified all other places associated with them and said how happy and satisfied we were with their offers. They take a lot for granted because we were not happy or satisfied. After I told them this, I didn't get any more "gifts" or calls. I warned them when they said they would like to make me an offer that unless it was something very good and worthwhile, there was no need to call me. The guy who called thought he had something special. I did not. Their offers were useless and now I won't ever go back to any of the MGM Resort Hotels.

Saw J. Buffett with 14,000+ other parrot Heads. Grand Arena is and Excellent Music venue.Getting " home" to our room was a snap afterwards. Recommend staying here if concerts are your main reason for coming.

Great Stay enjoyed everything about it. Only thing I had a problem with is the smell when you come in from the strip entrance. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The amenities the hotel provide was very nice.Other than that everything was great very friendly staff.

We stayed in the tower room big room two queen size beds, would recommend this hotel but very busy, but close to the airport the grand buffet is very good value. And get free drinks. When you gamble just tip the waitress and she will keep coming back

Wow, was really happy with the MGM and my room. All very clean, smart connects for charging and really comfortable !
Lots of great restaurants and entertainment.
Service was tops!
When I got here the registration line was scary long, but the staff were on top of it and hot me checked in early and were really friendly.
Very easy to work your way around this great casino.
