Not only a classy hotel but the staff is wonderful as well! So many options on food...from an inexpansive meal at the food court or something a little fancier like Wolfgangs or Emerils! And the lazy river at the Wet Republic pool....the best in the world! Also...probaby the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in! We go to Vegas twice a year and only stay at MGM! We highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

Room Tip: Do ask for a room close to the elevators...it's quite a hike if you are at the end of one of tho...

We've stayed here several times. Got a great deal by joining MLife which is free to join. As is true with most hotels in Vegas, I think, it's cheaper to stay multiple days. When we arrived in Vegas, we stayed for two nights then left for CA. Our bill was cheaper than the one night stay on our return home. Staff is helpful and has a customer focus.

Both the dual queen and king beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean and roomy. Sometimes it gets a little noisy, but that depends on the people staying there!

The complex is huge --- one can easily get lost if you don't stay for a while. They have a great pool area -- multiple pools with plenty of lounge chairs.

The food /drinks within the hotel are rather pricey for us, although the Cafe is a good value and has great breakfast selections. We did not eat at the buffet because we didn't want to eat too much!

We like this hotel. We like to try other hotels, but we'd be happy to stay here again in the future.

Room Tip: Get a view of the strip if you can; the lights at night are wonderful. Just ask for the room differ...

Just completed our second trip to the MGM this year. Even though the line up to check in was quite long, we were through in a very short time. Room was in Tower Spa Suite. Lovely. Booked MGM for their pool complex. Even though it was very hot every day, we had no trouble finding spots by the pool, even though a couple of the pools were closed for private events. Like that it has several restaurant options, monorail station and the food court!

We were in Las Vegas for a week in May and were staying at the MGM . The room are large and clean , very modern . This hotel caters to younger crowd compare to other hotels since I see a lot of teenagers walking inside the hotel . The Las Vegas Strip was deceptively quite large . It took a while to walk to Venetian hotel . Later , we found out the Monorail right inside MGM that can travel north to other hotels up the strip for $5 per trip . The pools are quite large and I really liked the Lazy river . And they have pool party at the Wet Republic which is at the end of MGM pools .

There is not much about this place that screams relaxation. After waiting in a long line for about 30 mins to check in, the staff didn't even care that it was our wedding weekend even though my husband tried to make it special by mentioning it. Don't expect them to do anything for you newlyweds out there. Not even a lousy piece of chocolate!

The pools were WAY crowded and the lazy river pool featured little kids snorkeling throughout. *Beware: it costs $16 PER DAY to rent 1 tube for the lazy river.* Why anyone would bring children to this place is beyond me. The lazy river pool is full of drunken, curing people all day long and, by 1pm, you can't even move in the lazy river pool. Like a lot other people, I booked this hotel solely for that and it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. People line up at the locked gates before it opens every day at 10am to get a chance at the VERY limited number of spots that have some semblance of "shade" near them. MGM- here's a concept: invest in some umbrellas.

The hotel is noisy with drunken 21 year olds stumbling from room party to room party at 5am. I finally called the front desk one morning about this issue in our hallway. They said a security guard would come up but I wonder why, with the amount of young 20-somes the hotel caters to, they don't have a regular schedule of walking the halls to ensure that us 30 year old guests could sleep in past 6am.

The $28 PER DAY resort fee is a joke. It includes wi-fi, which barely worked. Maybe they can invest in some pool umbrellas with the next sucker's resort fee payment.

The price gouging continues when you see a sign in the lobby that you can print your boarding passes for your flight home. Wow! Awesome! Well, then you proceed to look on the computer screen and note that there is a $5 fee for the 1st 5 minutes ($1 each additional minute) + $1.50 for each page you print out.

If you're 21...go here, you'll love it. If you're 30 and looking to relax with your mate...go elsewhere!

MGM managment- before you reply trying to defend your hotel, I understood all of the fee charges, but just didn't think your property is worth the money for what you get. Just telling it how it is to people my age to help them out!
