We just used our Diamond membership to stay for one night. We got a one bedroom with living room and kitchen. It is a nice facility. However, we had a devil of a time finding our way to the front door of the building. Not easy to find with all of the Las Vegas Blvd. traffic around us. It's kinda weird not having a walk-in entrance from the strip and being one building behind the street.

My sister and I went to Vegas to celebrate our birthdays for the month of November and we had a ball!!!!! The service is top notch. Chris at the conceige desk is simply AMAZING and has wonderful connections to the nightclubs. This is a wonderful Resort next to the MGM Grand and directly across the street from the ARIA Hotel and 3 Resorts away from the Bellagio.
Word to the wise. There is aloooooooooot of walking and every corner is not a crosswalk so you may have to walk 2-3 long blocks to cross the street and then walk over an overpass to get on the other side of the street and then back up the block back up 2-3 blocks to get to your destination. BRING COMFORTABLE FLATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If going to the clubs, where the flats for walking to the club and put your Stillettos in your purse unless you are catching a cab everywhere which is expensive.
Vegas has a terrible transportation system. It cost us $6.00 for a cab to take us right directly across the street from where we were standing. You can pay $7.00 a day for a 24 hour period to catch the Shuttle up and down the Strip which comes every 20 minutes.
The clubs DO NOT have seating unless you have bottle service for a table which start at $500.00 otherwise you are standing all night and dancing so again this is where comfortable shoes come into play.
All the stores cell liquor, the walgreens, CVS, grocery stores etc. and the price is pretty consistent with anywhere else you would purchase it.:)
Since drinking is legal you can walk up and down the street and in businesses with an uncovered drink in your hand.
The show Zumanity at the New York New York is a must see!!! Also, Hitzville the Motown Review show is AWESOME too at Planet Hollywood at the V theatre.
CLS Transportation is a good company which transports you from the Airport to the Resort to the Hotel. It is $7.00 one way or $12.00 roundtrip which is the cheapest and you are 3 miles from the Resort. You can get it from door 13 at the airport.
The next time I go back I will stay at the Polo Towers!!!!!
I hope this helps and Have a ball!!!

Room Tip: Request the Suites instead of the VIllas because the Suites have the view of the Strip

Polo Towers Villas is a timeshare not a hotel. It is located one block from the strip. A walk to City Center and MGM. There is no casino, no smoke to walk through which we appreciated. No restaurant but a well stocked shop for snacks. Evening security was seen patroling. Business Center and Fitness center. Ample parking. The staff we encountered were efficient and friendly. Excellent Housekeeping. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. Not large but sufficient. Murphy bed was comfortable for 2 teenage girls. A second bathroom would have been useful. Would definitely return to Polo Towers on next Vegas trip.

This is not you're big Vegas casino hotel experience. This is a time share/condo type hotel. It has a great location, and pleasant atmosphere. If you're looking for a break from the smoke and noise of the casinos this place is perfect. We were 4 women there to celebrate a birthday. A great location to go out from, weather it was dinner and a show or an afternoon of shopping. There is a great pool on the roof to relax by. We had the one bedroom with the joining studio. It was spacious enough for us, and we enjoyed hanging out in the living room. We were not expecting housekeeping everyday, but we got it. One day we returned from shopping to fresh bedding and towels, the next day we returned to our rooms to find the housekeeper in the midst of her duties. Which exceeded expectations because she cleaned up after us, the kitchen and table were spotless, the dishwasher was going, and she was making our bed. It was like having your mom come and clean up your apartment. Great experience.

Room Tip: Do not go to Tony and Tina's wedding. Worst food ever, way too loud, could not follow what was...

We traded a banked week of our Marriott timeshare for this resort. This was done through Interval International. When we have traded our week before, we would recieve in exchange a like unit to the one we own in Hilton Head, (Two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen with dinning room, living room, patio and laundry with three tvs, and free wifi). 1300 square feet.We understand that the booking was done through Interval. BUT!! The trade for our Hilton head timeshare was a 300 square foot unit with a murphy bed. Not even close to the same unit. The staff at Polo were understanding but could do nothing. None of the one or two bedroom units were avaliable. We were told that if there were larger units avaliable that we would have to pay at least $30.00 a day for an upgrade. I wonder if Interval is aware of this? We own two timeshares. When you book them they have pictures and diagrams of their units avaliable to see. Every other timeshare we have traded for over 19 years have diagrams to show their units. This is not so for Polo Towers. We could find no daigrams of the units on the web site.

The location of Polo Towers is really very good. It's in the heart of the (new strip). The staff is very polite and try to be helpfull. We rented a car and found the onsite and undergroud parking a real plus. Polo also offer free valet parking which we did use on occasion. The little 300 s/f room fullfilled our needs but not our wants. The murphy bed slept well for us but you had to move the coffee table, remove the four cushions and two pillows from the couch to pull the bed down. (The bed pulls down over the couch). The bar kitchen had a mini fridge with a small microwave and a very large coffeemaker that took up a lot of the countertop. The shower bath was adequate as was the closet and furniture drawers.

We took the timeshare presentation. (Free show tickets and debit card). The presentation was a real production. My wife and I needed to use the lavatory at the same time. We had an escort. I think the escort went with us to make sure we returned to the presentation. They said it would be two hours, but was just over two and a half.

If we were to trade for Polo towers again, you can be sure we would get a unit that comes a little closer to the one we traded.
.

Room Tip: Look closely and be sure of what unit you are trading for.

We’re truly sorry that you had a bad exchange experience with your exchange company; however, we do not determine the trade value for your exchanges. Our floor plans for each unit type are accessible on our website, DiamondResorts.com .

We are pleased to hear that you found our staff helpful and that the location met your needs. We hope that we can accommodate your request for a larger unit on your next stay and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us here.

My husband and I are Marriott owners and I did an Interval exchange for a two bdroom/two bath unit for a "girls trip". The location is great, approximately 1/2 block off the strip and is a terrific central location. The property is clean, up to date and very well maintained. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. (No need at all to rent a car if you're staying here!) Here's my rundown of the pros and cons of the property:

Pros:
Fantastic, accessible location
Friendly professional staff
Clean, well maintained rooms
Great shower pressure and hot water
Very nice fitness facility
Nice onsite market with a fairly priced diverse selection of items
Great view from the pool/spa area -- nicely designed
Accessible business center to print up boarding passes, get internet access
Bed and bedding in the master were awesome

Cons:
Pool/spa closes at 10 pm --- say what??? we're in Vegas??
Have to pay for inroom WIFI....$7/day or $36/week.
Daily towel refresh/trash pickup didn't happen reliably. No full midweek clean as promised.
Lowwww shower head...I"m 5' 10" and it came up to my neck, had to actually point it up!
Fitness facility has limited hours (6:00 am - 7:00 pm)..expected more for a 24/7 city
Terrible in room tolietries (by all means, bring your own!)
Business center is always crowded..so bring your own iPad or laptop
Murphy bed in the lockoff was a bit tricky to figure out
No inroom laundry (but there are facilities onsite)

Enjoy! It's Vegas BABY!! :)
