Space is always a priority for us with twin teenage boys - and we wanted to be in the middle of the action on the Strip. The Polo Towers was a perfect choice for us. Located right across from the Aria and down the street from the Planet Hollywood, we had restaurants and activities in walking distance, but could easily get away from the spectacle.

While technically, because we were on a lower floor, they didn't consider ours a "Strip view", we did, indeed, have a view of the Strip. It was a little noisy at night with an all night bar not too far away, but I guess I expect that from Vegas.

We had a 2 bdm unit, which consisted of a 1 bdm unit and a connecting Studio unit. The 1 bdm had a separate bedroom, bath, a living area (with sofa sleeper) and a full kitchen. The studio had a wall bed and a bath. Having 2 baths was a huge plus and a separate living area.

The hotel just added free Wi-Fi in the guestrooms - so that was also a big bonus.

We used the little market in the hotel quite a bit for snacks and beverages - mainly because Stacey, who ran the counter, was so friendly and helpful.

The rooftop pool was an oasis and, although not big, there were plenty of lounge chairs and towels - and a great view. It was never crowded.

Free parking - both self and valet - added to the value. And, we could take the elevator straight from the garage to our floor.

Although it is a time-share resort, they never truly bothered us about a tour.

I would highly recommend this hotel for families. We'll definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Has a nice view of the strip from upper floors. Backside would definitely be quieter.

My wife and I stayed here with our friends. We shared a 2 bedroom condo. It was very nice that we had the kitchen and the living room separate from the bedrooms. We enjoyed breakfast in the room every day, as we had gone out to the grocery store to purchase food. The hotel is right on the strip, set back a little bit, but very convenient to everything on the strip. The pool had just been updated, and we really liked it, especially the hot tub. The staff was very helpful. They do have a nice workout room. We enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel, if you can bear the hard time share sell! If you can, you get $100 ish to spend anywhere, on shows, restaurants etc but not casino!! So well worth the hour of chat. The hotel staff on the concierge desk are lovely, can't do enough to help and make you feel at ease. We got married in a register office Downtown and they were full of congratulations and happiness for us! The room was basic, a studio with very small kitchen area, decent size shower room, balcony, and pull down double bed which was surprisingly comfortable. If you are Las Vegas then as long as the bed and room are comfortable and clean you really shouldn't be spending too much time in there!! There is a small "corner type shop" in the hotel too for supplies. Polo Towers is a few steps from the Strip, next to MGM, and by far the best location. If we go again (this was our 2nd visit) then we will stay at the Polo Towers.

My sister and I booked a 1 bedroom condo through a time-share I have and loved it! The place was very spacious and homey feeling. The bathroom was very big, bed and pillows really comfy and having a FULL kitchen was great as we often brought back snacks and such. We made good use of the DVD player too which was great to have.

Unlike the other condo I had been in in CA, this one had all the amentities of a full housekeeping service in that they replaced the towels every day and filled up our toiletries. The front desk was always gracious and helpful and they had a business center that offered a printer which was great when we needed to print up day trip vouchers.

Location..can't get any better! It was right by Paris and Planet Hollywood on one side, Monte Carlo on the other. Lots of things very close to walk to like a McDonalds, CVS etc. And it was great coming back to a hotel like atmosphere vs. a hotel/casino. Much quieter and easy to get to the rooms quicker when you're tired.

I'd recommend this place to anyone who stayed in Las Vegas.

We stayed here for a week by trading a timeshare property. We are actually Diamond owners and this is the first Diamond property where we have stayed. Starting with positives, as our stay was overall very positive. Staff was constantly checking with us to make sure everything was OK. Housekeeping was very friendly. Our 2-year-old loved the kiddie pool as well as the rooftop pool. The room was great. There were enough dishwashing supplies which is something I really appreciate. We are picky about mattresses and pillows and we slept great here. Location is basically right on the strip with lots of restaurant options close by. We ate fast food at the Hawaiian Village and dined-in at the Harley Davidson restaurant, FatBurger, Hard Rock and Burgr. We walked with our little one to all of those restaurants. There is also a Walgreens close by.

Negatives would be that the check-in was a little hectic. They need a clear line for those who are waiting as someone cut in front of me while I was waiting. We checked in late and they wanted us to see the VIP check-in. I told them that VIP was closed but they insisted on walking me back and then realized that VIP was, indeed, closed. The desk manager wanted to give me a welcome package but was busy when I was done checking in. We had to ask three employees out front to get a cart and bell hop to help us up to the room. They had a weird rule at the pool about keeping drinks 10 feet away from the pool to avoid changing the chemicals due to a spill. We would have liked a bar and food at the pool as well. The toilet was a little loud. Housekeeping seemed to be on a different schedule than us. When they did come, they were friendly and accommodating. There were times when we could have used a towel exchange and they needed to vacuum more often than they did. If there was a sweeper in the room, I would have done it myself.

Overall it was a positive experience and I would stay here again.

This was our 5th visit to Las Vegas but the first time we brought the kids so we thought we would stay away from the casino hotels where it is always so smoky and noisy, and decided to stay in a more family friendly hotel. Polo Towers was perfect for this since it has a full kitchen but still close to the main attractions. It was convenient that they offered free shuttle to the groceries, Freemont Street and Outlet Malls.

We had a one bedroom suite for a family of 4. The suite was spacious, clean and very modern. The balcony was teeny tiny but we knew this also from some of the review and expected it. We didn't come to Vegas to sit out on the balcony anyway. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. My husband and I used the gym which was fully equipped.

The only downside was the rooftop pool was being renovated and was not available, but we knew this before booking. Also, because there was a lot renovations going on, the elevators were often out of service, and only 1 out of 3 would be working most of the time which created traffic in the elevators. This was the only thing that we found annoying with our stay. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it to families.

Thank you for your review! We are really pleased that you chose to stay here, and that Polo Towers had everything you needed for a great vacation. We hope that the pool closure didn’t mar an otherwise enjoyable stay: we have made arrangements for our guests to use the facilities at other nearby properties, and we are sorry if the front desk team didn’t advise you of this.

We are really pleased that you would recommend the resort to others, and we hope you’ll choose to return yourselves – we’d love to see you again!

Just completed a superb 1 week stay in a 2BR unit in the villas in tower 3. The 2BR/2BA unit was in perfect condition and daily service was excellent. The property is located in the middle of the strip but 1/2 block back from all noise and weirdos on the strip. Very clean and will definitely stay here again.
