I stayed at Polo Towers in May of this year during a business conference for five days. the location is a great, the rooms are quite large, nicely decorated, have a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with king sofa bed and beautiful bedroom with a king bed. There is plenty of storage. Can't beat the value and space for the price. Now if you're looking for a happening party pool scene or a hopping night night, this may not be the place for you. But you can find that on the strip and come back to relax in a lovely setting at Polo Towers/Suites.

Their exercise room is quite large and has very nice modern equipment.

I was there on business, so I did not check out the pool.

Room Tip: Some of the floors allow smoking on the balcony so choose a room away from those floors if you prefer non-smoking. A higher floor, strip facing room is a plus.

Polo Towers is a timeshare property, and we were using someone's ownership for a week. But we could not escape getting away from the "but we can offer you free dinner and show tickets to see our 90 min presentation" upon check in with the concierge. That took about 15 minutes to escape from.
The biggest issue we had here is lack of taxis to take you to other locations on the strip. I was traveling with someone with limited mobility and walking long distances was not an option. The shortest wait for a taxi was 20 min; average wait was 30-40 min. At least one couple is sure they missed their flight after waiting 45 min. The bell desk says they call a taxi for you but they don't take your name and it is definitely a first come first serve allocation for taxis.
Also the rooms were serviced in terms of new towels and emptying of garbages every day; change of linens one day (we stayed a week) but no thorough vacuuming or cleaning of bathrooms that we could tell. Missing light bulb from a lamp upon check in.
Rooms overall (2 bedroom suite) much better than typical vegas hotel room and great kitchen.
Check in on a Saturday was a mini nightmare with people crawling all over. Week days were much better.
I would stay here again only if the people with me could walk 1/2 to 1 mile on a regular basis.

Thank you for your review – we’re sorry to read that you had some concerns about your stay at Polo Towers. Although we do invite guests to learn more about vacation ownership during their stay, this is not mandatory unless you’re staying on a promotional break. We don’t feel that high-pressure sales tactics are necessary or appropriate, and we’re sorry that this was not your experience on this occasion.

While we do not manage or have an affiliation with any transportation service (apart from our courtesy shuttles to various points of interest in Las Vegas), our team will be happy to order a taxi for guests if this is requested, and we’re sorry that you had cause for complaint about this service.

With regard to the resort’s housekeeping schedule, we offer a mid-week clean on bookings of 7 nights or more, but additional cleaning can be requested from the front desk for a nominal fee. We are sorry to read that one of the light bulbs was missing in your accommodation: this is something that our team would have been happy to attend to if it had been reported to them.

We really hope these issues didn’t mar an otherwise pleasant vacation, and we’re pleased that you would consider returning here – we hope we’ll see you again!

Our family of 5 (two couples and a single) spent a week in a two bedroom suite with an eastern view. We had plenty of room and were quite comfortable but ours has not been renovated and could have used some fresh paint. The recently added free wifi worked great!

We had Vons deliver groceries so we used the kitchen a lot and also the newly renovated rooftop pool and BBQ (amazingly clean!). The pool is a steady 3ft deep so great for older kids but perhaps not for the shorter, younger ones. We also liked the designated smoking area on the roof, away from the pool.
The location was great but our view, being on the opposite side away from the strip, was poor. Not a big deal as we didn't hang out in the room to much. We were on the 16th floor so it was quiet. Being just off the strip behind the Hawaiian market, its a very central location. You easily can walk or take the Deuce or SDX bus almost anywhere.

We had daily visits from house keeping with clean towels and garbage pickup and full cleaning on day 4. No complaints there at all.

The front desk team was awesome. We arrived around 1 PM on a Monday and Michelle was very helpful and got us checked in early. We were also able to get a late check out (noon) on our departure. The concierge desk was also helpful but the bell desk and security could be more helpful (ie 300lb security guy - maybe open the door for a guest with arms full of packages). We had no timeshare sales pressure.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and do recommend the property

This is our second stay at the Polo Towers in Vegas. We have friends who have a time share in Vail and they trade a week for Vegas. Compared to other hotels and time shares in Vegas this is an older building. However, the rooms are modern and clean with all the amenities one expects in an upscale hotel. The concierge and front desk staff are excellent. The Polo Towers have a great location directly across from the Aria Casino complex and next to Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile shopping center. They are within walking distance of New York New York, the Bellagio and Caesars Palace. My only complaint is the limited amount of handicapped parking and how difficult it is to drive around the hotel. It is all narrow one way streets that go in a counter clockwise directions and they are usually full of tourists who are loathe to get out of your way. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a centrally located hotel with easy access to the strip.

Thank you for sharing your tips and thoughts about your most recent stay here at Polo Towers Villas. These tips will be very much appreciated by our future guests so as to enhance their experience here on the Las Vegas Strip. We are very grateful that you took the time to share them with us. The concerns you brought up with the amount of handicapped parking for our guests who require these spaces will definitely be looked into. Your recommendation is also greatly appreciated. We look forward to seeing you again very soon.

As a member of Diamond Resorts the service & room is what we are accustomed to but the location was ideal for access to the strip and close to the airport. Staff were always very friendly, cheerful & helpful. Only draw back was with having a late afternoon flight there was no courtesy room available to enable us to shower & change. This facility is always been made available at European resorts.

We are happy to hear you appreciated our caring team members and pleasant accommodations. The team will be ecstatic that you took notice of their efforts during your recent stay. Your suggestion for a courtesy room is certainly being reviewed for future development options, as we are always looking for more ways to better each and every guest’s experience. We hope we get the chance to welcome you back again soon for an even more enjoyable stay!
