We were in a one bedroom villa

Pros:
- location
- full kitchen to store your champagne or even make a quick bfast in the morning. Comes with pots and pans, silverware and anything you'd need to make a non-complicated meal
- you can go to the nearby walgreens and get drinks to enjoy by the pool instead of paying big bucks for a pool bar

Cons
- there's no restaurant on site which is sort of strange to me.
- they only half cleaned our room. Beds were made but that was about it
- the pool area gets really crowded and it was difficult to find chairs at peak hours

We stayed here as a vacation rental (which was gifted to us). The property itself is on the strip, but located behind a marketplace. its a quick walk to get to the sidewalk where all the action is. There is no casino in the hotel, which I did miss, but it was very clean. Nice pool up on the top level, but the jacuzzi was full of teenagers so we never got to relax in it. Our room had a murphy bed which was surprisingly comfortable. The room itself was super small, but we did not spend a lot of time in our room; really only to sleep and get ready. We had a balcony that overlooked the strip which was nice. I just wish they had chairs on the balcony. This was my first time staying in a vacation rental in vegas and would recommend it to those looking for more a quieter place. I myself missed being in a bigger hotel with the casino and where all the action is.

Room Tip: Get a strip view and dont let the murphy bed scare you. It was actually very comfortable and it was nice to just fold up when you wake up. It turns into your sofa that sits right in front of the coffee table and television.

The upside to this hotel is it's close to the strip without the hustle and bustle of a big hotel..

The down side is that I had a belt and socks stolen from our room. My wife is extremely organized and meticulous. After sitting through the seminar we had our room upgraded. After the move I was looking for my socks and belt and notIced them missing. In thinking they were left in the old room, I contacted security. A guy on the phone named Eddie said he would look for them and call our room. 24 hours later and no contact, I went to the security office and was told they were waiting for housekeeping. Very upset at the lack of interest to even look for this. So if housekeeping didn't turn it in.....they grew legs and walked out on their own..

We just completed a week staying in the Villa building of Polo Towers. We were originally booked into the small studio but decided to upgrade to the one bedroom upon our arrival. We are so glad that we did so. It gave us ample room with a kitchen. Our room was not a lock off so no noise problem. We found the property to be very clean and our bed was very comfortable. They do change towels daily and come in mid week to clean the unit. No restaurant on the premises, but they do have a convenience store. Miracle Mile/Planet Hollywood is right across the street with many eating and shopping options. You also have the Hawaiian Market for eating options, McDonalds and several restaurants as you walk towards MGM. City Center, Monte Carlo and New York New York are also right across the street with additional options. Monte Carlo has a nice food court. We did have a rental car and had read previously the parking was tight. Maybe that was for the underground parking. We parked above ground and found it to be convenient and there was always ample parking. We would recommend this property to anyone who is not concerned about having a casino onsite. Great vacation!

Room Tip: There is not restaurant. I am not able to remove the rating. Get a one bedroom that is not a lock off.

My husband, 77 year old mother, and I, stayed four nights at Polo Suites. While it cannot be compared to the Bellaggio, where we stayed during our last visit, it met all of our needs. My mom had her own room with an on suite bathroom. Between her room and our larger room, also with an on suite bathroom, was a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with a dishwasher. All rooms had a TV and the kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery, plates, carving knives, wine glasses....you name it - it had everything imaginable. While we did not cook in our room, it was really nice being able to make our own coffee, each morning, have a bowl of cereal before we headed out for the day, and have a glass of cold wine waiting for us in the large fridge in our room, at the end of the day. There is also a roof top pool and seating area that offers fabulous views of the strip. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the products replenished. We were totally satisfied with our stay.

Room Tip: Our rooms, 8202 and 8202A did not face the strip, but faced the MGM. They were very quiet. We heard no noise from the strip, at all.
