Polo tower,is a condo suite, very nice, clean, few issues with hot water in brothers room nxt door, adjoining our room, but not like a hotel, really no perks ie... Breakfast, room cleaning etc.. But again condo,so it did hav kitchen ,pans dishes etc,but u r also r left with some cleaning chores, nothing major but the real drawback was no casino under us,so had to walk a few blocks ,not a prob, except for those who like to stroll down in late hrs of night a Lil spooky. Pool on roof was nice with cabanas for use and even grills to cook on,but we weren't there to cook or clean.Located a short distance to Hard rock,Planet Hollywood , nestled block off strip near a mcDonalds so coffee and breakfast at 6am was easy,Polo does have a small store inside to purchase last min items,ie... Coffee, booze, trinkets and snacks, and news paper, all in all a nice place to stay and nicer than a standard double hotel room, wear comfy shoes and enjoy.

Room Tip: Rooms very in size and set up try to get details and sq footage ,would be helpful if sleeping more t...

We stayed at the Pole Towers for 2 hot weeks this month. Great rooms with great service. We actually had 2 bedrooms. The master suite was huge with a nice shower/tub combo while the smaller room (it is actually rented as a Suite) had a small kitchen and a wonderful hot forceful shower. There was a Murphy bed in the Suite and it was very comfortable. Each room also had a smallish balcony. I loved the full kitchen in the main bedroom.
This hotel/resort (Diamond Resorts) was actually right off the strip between MGM and Planet Hollywood. There is a small mall/food court between the resort and the strip but it is just a short walk. It is convenient to the strip and numerous eating establishments. It is next door to a Tix4Less which is a great way to buy food tickets and show tickets at discount rates.
There is a small store inside the resort and they offer free shuttle to the Freemont area (old Vegas) and also trips to Albertsons grocery Store. The people were very helpful. I was disappointed in the rooftop pool that was only 3 feet deep. But they had great lounged chairs and towels for everyone.
Oh, by the way, the temperatures are over 100F most days and the sun is fierce. So plenty of sunscreen and not too long in the sun.

Room Tip: We stayed in rooms 9202 and 9202A. We found that that side of the resort was noisy at 7am every morn...

We had a two bedroom suite. That is a combination of a one bedroom suite with the studio suite. The one bedroom was extremely well-kept, spacious, well-equipped for cooking, and with that many hundreds of restaurants just short steps away from the hotel there are so many options you probably won't use the cooking facilities like we did not. The maintenance is impeccable the sheets were luxurious the beds were more than comfortable and we even had a bit of a view of the strip. This is not my first time staying here nor will it be the last it is a very comfortable hotel and very competitively priced and there were six of us that the suite a, they did very comfortably

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights in mid August. We stayed in a studio room with a Murphy bed (pulls out from the wall) on the 15th floor. The bed was perfectly fine and we found it to be quite comfortable.

We loved the gym facilities. The locker rooms had lovely shower areas equipped with everything you'd need e.g. moisturizer, deodorant, hair combs, hair dryer. The shampoo and conditioner were salon quality.

We loved the rooftop pool and spa - the warm breeze is beautiful at night.

The only down side was how we were treated at the timeshare sales presentation. Our sales person was quite rude to us and didn't give us the time of day. We went to the presentation on our first day so it wasn't the best introduction to our stay. The gifts we received (dinner and a show) were nowhere near the monetary value advertised on the voucher.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at the Polo Towers and would recommend it to others.

Room Tip: If you're after full kitchen facilities, make sure to book the 1 bedroom not the studio.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in celebration of our anniversary. I must say that our stay experience was great. Check-in went smooth, all staff was friendly and welcoming, perfect location right by the strip and waling distance to stores and restautants. Our room, which was located on the 9th floor was perfect, we didn't have the best view but it was good. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and all amenities in the kitchen were available. I did attend the Diamond Resort presentation since I was there through a sampler purchase. Well that experience was not the best, I dislike that their staff was quite pushy, rude, and unfriendly. We actually really were considering becoming owners of DiamondResorts, but that was definitely a turn off and made me be suspicious of the "great deals" otherwise why would they be so pushy!? Other than that, I totally recommend a stay at Polo Towers.

Room Tip: Perfect Location…Walking distance to the strip, stores and restaurants

Stayed here for 3 nights in August, great location just off the strip, we had a room of the 20th floor which didn't face the strip so was very quiet. Room had everything we needed, large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and lovely powerful shower. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Don't miss the free show at the Bellagio, Caesars palace and the Venetian.

Room Tip: Rooms on high levels are good

Good location and good value. Quick walking distance to the Strip and stores to stock the fridge. Good amenities in room, and I recommend upgrading to the one bedroom. Great views as well. Staff was helpful, albeit a little pushy with the timeshare stuff. The elevators can be annoying with the constant stops, plus one was broken the whole trip, but it happens. The pool was quite small, but relaxing enough. I did enjoy the gym though. Overall, not a bad place to pass a weekend in Vegas at all. Only minor complaint would be the A/C. At least in our room, it stayed on regardless of the temperature setting.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our recent stay here at Polo Towers Suites and Villas. We are really pleased and delighted to hear that our accommodations, amenities, and customer service either met or exceeded your expectations here. Your recommendation and shopping tips are greatly appreciated! We do provide a shuttle service to a nearby grocery store to help with stocking your fridge. We sincerely apologize that our Concierge staff was a little pushy with seeking your attendance with a presentation. This will be looked at and corrected for future guests. In addition, our maintenance staff will look into your concerns about the A/C. Looking forward to your next visit here!
