“Another Great Stay!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 April 2013

This is my third stay at ARIA and it was another great stay with no complaints. I still rank ARIA as my number one resort when traveling to Vegas. ARIA is simply all around great. I have stayed at The Cosmopolitan, Planet Hollywood, MGM, Bellagio, Cesars and the Venetian and ARIA tops these. The location is perfect right in the middle of the strip. The rooms are modern and always clean. The restaurants and casino are all top notch. The customer service is excellent as well. Check in took about 10 minutes or so and checkout can be completed via text, email or several other convenient methods. Great job again ARIA.

Aria in Las Vegas was perfection. Even the smoke filled casino was not that bad here. Did not get to experience the pool but from the looks of it, would go next time. Rooms were state of the art and gym to die for. The Lemongrass restaurant was awful but I did not stay more than 24 hours so I cannot comment on much of the hotel except the room and lobby. Many crowds of all women or all men arriving on a bus which made check in seem like logan airport spring break. The lines were too long and their check in needed to be revamped.

Room Tip: top floor, walls are thin and hallways are dark but very inviting..

The hotel is not only pure luxary it also follows a strict sustainability concept!
The Hotel provides everything u wish for... 16 Restaurants, Nightlife, Shows, Shopping and a Casino!
Moreover, its extremly modern and clean, the stuff is friendly and well educated too.
-> I highly recommand the hotel and u should check the great offers, which are provided online!

If your room is on the cosmopolitain side, expect very loud music until 4am every day

Hidden fees 25$ per day for the pool, gym & wifi

Expect to spend 30$ to 60$ for breakfast

50$ to keep your water bottle in the mini bar

Conlusion... If your income is less than 150,000$ per year... Avoid it

Room Tip: Not across cosmopolitain

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very sorry that we did not meet all of your expectations during your recent stay with us, especially regarding the loud music outside of your room. As a 5 Diamond Resort, we work very hard to provide the highest standard of service to all our guests. We appreciate your feedback, as it is very important for us to address all of our guests’ concerns. A member of our Guest Services Team will be contacting you soon, if they have not already.

I dont know where to start on this place. We were able to get a corner suite for $150 per night and it was worth every penny. This was a large room with all the upgrades and we could not be happier with it. The bathroom and shower was incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable, the view was great considering we couldnt get a strip view, but the city view was a great night cap. The room had a mini bar and fridge for us to bring our own stuff in. Hot Tubs and Pools are a great area providing the weather allows it. The buffet was amazing for breakfast and not priced poorly at all (I believe it was about $18 per person). The selection was incredible. Self parking and Wireless internet were included with the resort fee which is expected on the strip. Parking required quite the walk to the room. We are already looking to stay here again, it was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in.

Room Tip: Corner suite. Worth the upgrade! However they are far from elevators, due to where they are it seeme...

Stayed from Sunday, March 31 to Friday. April 5, 2013. After 6 hour early AM flight from Phila, we sensed trouble when we walked into the lobby at 10:30AM(!) and the check in line had a about 50 in front of us and 3 clerks. One hour later got to room across from maids station (already noisy). Immediately changed room with no problem. The room was fine once you figure out how all the button control switches work. The free wi-fi (it's included in the $25 extra daily fee) did't work very well and you have to sign-in again every time back on.
OK, The Hotel is beautiful but laid out poorly. All the elevators are in the same area and although the floor designations for each bank is clear, everyone has to walk in or out thru the same area meaning lots of congestion (people running over you with baggage wheels) all the time. You have to walk thru the Crystals Mall to get to the Strip. It really becomes a "schlep" doing it over and over since the stores are all high end and you will probably not buy anything there. Even worse, there is 2 aisles (left or right) that take you to the strip. Several times we walked down an aisle only to find it blocked for work (no signs posted before going that direction) and had to walk back and around the other aisle.
All Food is pricey (I guess thats the norm now). Breakfast easy $50+. Buffet $70 for 2 and unless you like seafood, forget it as all the other food was just awful (except pizza). Even desserts were bad with cake slices thinner and smaller than a candy bar. It took 3 days just to find where the snack stand was. Good news, the USA Today is FREE but no signs to tell you.
Gambling? Decent selection of games and denoms but don't expect to win here.
I rarely got any play let alone cash a ticket. It got to the point where I felt I should just put money in the machine and just walk away because nothing would happen.
I suggest if your a penny player, go elsewhere
Pool: Actually 3 pools, very nice, easy to get chairs, water warm and clean. But $16 plus tip for Pina Colada ($5 for Pepsi-no Coke) left me wet and dry!?
Good note: Car Valet service is excellent but you have to enter/exit on Strip.
Summary: For this price stay at Cosmopolitan (now our favorite), Bellagio or Wynn.

Room Tip: Long corridors, try to get a room near elevator on a high floor.

Been here one hour and already disapponted. Maybe i am spoiled by the Wynn the last 5 trips. Been at pool 30 minutes no waitress. Asked pool guy life guard blank stares. Room shows wear. Menu sucks. At Valet nobody even offered to help with luggage. Hopefully just off to bad start. Love the Wynn just thought to try something new.
