“Some minors, but still awesome!”
Reviewed 2 December 2013

This was our first stay at Aria, which seems to be the newest among the other hotels along the Strip. Although we arrived way before check-in time, but they were able to give us a city-view room right away! The room was clean, the bed was perfect for me, I had excellent sleeps during my stay. Housekeeping was friendly and very attentive. It's a relatively short-distance-walk from entrance to hotel guest elevators to the rooms. It's less wait time if you go to the taxi-stand at the west entrance near Jean Philippe Patisserie. There's also a 24hr-Walgreens right across the Strip which is very convenient if you need anything anytime!

We had stayed at the Aria before and had an overall pleasant experience and decided to try it again. For the cost paid to stay at the Aria, one would expect a higher quality in the overall experience. This latest stay may be the last.

Pros - Great gym, friendly staff, easy access to the rooms, great spa options, good table and slots. Quiet and dark room with the blackout blinds. Tasty food in the cafe.

Cons - Mattress had depressions that felt like I was trying to roll out of a valley. The shower drain still had a mass of hair from the previous occupants. No bath mat and ran out of body wash on the first of four days, and the housekeeping never replaced either until 3pm the night before we left. My wife and I both had spa service reserved under my name, my wife wanted to pay on her card. After 20min of typing and saying they adjusted the charges, we found the charges still on the room account as we checked out. The buffet had a great selection but they charged $33 per person. Not worth it.

Recommend staying next door at the Vdara

Overall the room was clean and the staff were friendly, but each of these things can add up to detract from the overall stay. A stay here should be as care free as possible, not a constant encounter with minor annoyances. That is what we were escaping from to start with.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms on the west side. You won't have a view of the Strip but there is a fire station...

Our room was beautiful, we gambled during the day on thanksgiving, the dealers were very kind and the cocktail waitresses were very fast and pleasant! We ate at the buffet which I'm not usually a fan of buffets but it was very good. We will definitely stay here again!!

My wife and I have just returned from a 5 night break in the Aria. First of all we got a taxi straight from the airport which cost $18 no fuss no waiting on transfers straight to hotel which is pretty much middle of the strip.
We checked in at 1900Hrs local time which was pretty promt with no waiting and plenty of staff on duty.
My wife emailed the hotel that we were celebrating our 40th Birthdays so could they give us a strip view and the receptionist had the email on record and they gave is a nice strip view room 35-120 which was great at no extra charge.
The room was clean and modern with a safe, Iron and Ironing board. The bed was super luxurious so soft and comfy far better than our bed at home even. I had no problems working the room control tablet this controlled everything from the lights, curtains, room temperature and television.
I read previous reviews on this hotel and stayed well away from the fridge and snack bar as they automaticaly charge your credit card at reception so do not touch this area or open the fridge as you will get charged you have been warned.
The only complaint I would have would be that they should provide coffee and tea making facilities as this is a 5* hotel and most hotels I have stayed in provide this fairly inexpensive convenience.

Also the check out was very quick no delays and plenty of staff on duty.
We took a taxi back to the airport which cost $15 so again no waiting on other pick ups staight to the airport.

To sum the hotel up beautiful clean modern hotel with plesant staff and very good house keeping as they cleaned our room every day even late in the afternoon.

Also we were not charged a resort fee as this was built into our package with American Holidays so please bare this in mind.

I would certainly go back to this hotel and recommend it to friends.

Sadly the weather was cold and wet 4 days of rain in Vegas OMG very strange but thats not the hotels fault.

Room Tip: Request a strip view before you travel it looks beautiful at night. Stay away from the fridge and s...

This was my second time staying at the Aria. The first time was back in 2009 when it was brand-spanking new and everything in the room worked as it was supposed to. This time, the blackout curtain button and some light switches did not work properly. I'm all for technology but only when it enhances the hotel-staying experience. My group reserved 4 rooms. One room had excellent water pressure in the shower - the other three rooms had very weak pressure (mornings and evenings.) Other than these minor irritants, Aria was fantastic. The entire complex was very clean. The check-in was effortless. Staff was very friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable - I had 4 great nights of sleep. The pool and jacuzzi are definitely worth visiting. I've stayed at several hotels in Vegas, including Wynn and Bellagio. This time, Aria offered the most bang for the buck.

We spent 4 nights in Vegas and had a great time, we booked a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon on the internet before we left the UK, the company 'Sundance' were brilliant, picked up at hotel driven 15 mins to airport then spent 45 mins going over the Hoover Damn, Lake Mead , and landing in the Grand Canyon, breathtaking would recommend a must do!!
The strip was busy, and enjoyed walking in and out of the hotels, slot machines everywhere, (we had a 10 dollar bet and walked off with 80 dollars). weather was beautiful and the Aria hotel was great ..no complaints..good food , plenty to see and do..

Room Tip: We always ask for a high floor and away from the lifts

We get comped for 3 nights at Aria pretty frequently. Its a great hotel and casino. Very upscale and great location. We got discounted tickets to Zarkana on this trip, which I have to say is the first of the 5 Cirque shows we have seen which disappointed. Just too much silliness overwhelming the acrobatics.
