We have 2 rooms on the 5th floor, one facing the MGM, the other facing the Strip. Both were quite small and dark, with the kitchenette right next to the bed which make it impossible to do any cooking. The rooms were clean but dated, nothing like the bright and spacious ones shown in the pictures, so it was a big disappointment to us. The hotel is quiet and located in a safe area, next to the MGM and 5 min. to Planet Hollywood. We use Planet Hollywood as a short cut to get to Las Vegas Bld. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

5 mins away from the Strip on foot so quiet but practical. We booked for 2 adults and 2 teens and had 2 huge communicating rooms with 2 bathrooms and kitchens. Everything was clean. The pool was good with pool towels supplied. The pool is in the shade except from betweeen 10 30am and 2 pm. This is not a problem in July as it's too hot to sit in the sun in Vegas anyway! The check -in was very quick . There is a mini "shop" in the lobby to buy snacks and drinks.
I would definitely go back here. Great value for money with all the advantages of being so near to the Strip but without the noise and disadvantages of staying in one of the casinos.
A classy hotel without paying a fortune.

Excellent hotel. Great location and price.
Only improvements would be more ice machines, more lifts and a bigger pool. Our price was adjusted upwards for a tax adjustment but it was not marked on the receipt. Otherwise an excellent stay.

We had a 1 bedroom with full kitchen. Very nice, comfortable and close to the strip. Everyone was helpful and polite. Only negative thing is that the internet was extremely slow which was a bit frustrating. Will definitely stay here again.

I would give this place 4.5 stars. Half star is knocked off due to a slight smoking smell in the 1-br suite and due to the rancid milk odor under the kitchen sink garbage can area. We were in room 713.
Everything else was awesome. Easy checkin and friendly staff.
Room was spacious and clean. Closet has sufficient extra pillows and blankets for the sleeper sofa use.
Love the big round table for dining. Kitchen utensils were plentiful.

Walk to the strip was easy. To avoid the 105 degree heat, we walk through Miracle Miles Shop to get to Las Vegas Blvd.

We did not use the pool nor the other amenities such as tennis court and basketball court due to the heat.
Price was very good for a 1-br suite. Best value i have found!!
Would recommend this place and will return!
