Had another good visit to Las Vegas. We were there from June 1-7, 2013. Check in was easy, especially since we can go through the invited guest line. They honored our request to be at the end of the hall, next to last room. It's always quieter without a lot of people walking by your room all night long. The only draw back was that we were on the 15th floor with a strip view, but overlooking the Pirate ships. The explosions for each show sounded like they were in our room with us. The only other small issue was that our room never really got very cool. We had it set on high fan and as cold as it would go. Being from Texas, we like to sleep with it very cool at night. They also might need to consider replacing some of the mattresses, ours had dips where people have been sleeping, but still fairly comfortable. Hotel and casino staff were nice. We always have breakfast in the coffee shop or the buffet, both were always good food. We did have issues the first couple of days with running out of whatever we were drinking before we finished eating. They were quick to bring your beverages when you sat down, but not so much on refills. We also ate at Pho one night and the food was wonderful. We went to see Mystere one night and really enjoyed it. The acrobatics are wonderful.
Overall our stay was very nice as usual. This was about our fifth or sixth time to stay at TI. We really like the location and that is one of the reasons we keep coming back.

Room Tip: You always want to be on a high floor, especially if you get a strip view.

I Am a bit saddened by my trip to this Hotel Casino. I was very excited to stay here due to the theme and our first time to Vegas. The parking was great. The front desk personnel was friendly and eager to please. We reserved rooms with 3 other parties as well a "Deluxe" room over looking the "Bay". Again was excited. After check in it went down hill, finally got to our rooms after 11 hrs of driving and there was dirty bathrooms and dishes. Random clothing and belts.Toilet would not flush as well. We did not look over the bay as told nor did anyone else in our party. We stayed 2 nights gambling and checking it out and never really got served drinks. The players club counter was intimidating and they scowled at us! I did not feel welcome as much as I felt like we were supposed to feel privileged for some reason to spend our money there. Will not be coming back nor recommending your establishment to friends. Got home and everyone got a pleas comment e-mail except for my husband and I so I went to the sight.

Room Tip: Very dirty and was grossed out a bit.

The rooms really are as nice as they look in the photographs. I've stayed here before and also booked it on behalf of friends and family (my husband and I live in L.A, so we frequent Las Vegas) and they have all been very pleased. Granted, it's no Encore or Bellagio, and the bar staff on the casino floor are a bit ropey (in looks and attitude) but the value is spectacular for a 4 star hotel. We paid $230 for 3 nights, and let's face it, if you really party in Las Vegas you really only need a bed and a shower. AND unlike Encore, it's not at the rubbishy end of the strip - it's a great spot to head over to the fabulous Venetian for dining and bars and near enough to walk to the likes of Bellagio. This time I stayed with a girl friend of mine on her first visit to Las Vegas and she was really pleased with the hotel. Also, of note, there is a Starbucks right outside the main entrance and also a Walgreen's (pharmacy) across the street for purchasing the hairspray you forgot to bring and also headache pills!!! Oh, and the beds are VERY comfortable. Don't be tempted by the $30 per night hotels (eg. Circus Circus) if you have a choice... you will be disappointed.

Room Tip: Get a Strip view room on a high floor (30 upwards) is possible. Ask to be away from the elevators and the vending/ice machines.

Great stay given they gave us an upgrade to a suite which was pretty impressive even though we didn't use it for long, only negative was the queue to check in. We would definitely stay here again though, probably could do with some better food options as we always ate elsewhere.
