I stayed here in December with a few friends for a long weekend. I thought the room was great for the price. We had plenty of space and the beds were very comfy! The room could use a few updates but overall I have no complaints. There was a lot going on and the casino was a lot of fun!! It was freezing cold outside so we spent most of out time in the casino downstairs. If it were warmer it would have been a great location to walk around!

Rooms and service very basic..there was not even a coffee maker in the room! Reasonably priced and close to Ceasars Palace and Venetian so good place to stay at night if you are going to spend most of your day in other casinos anyway (specially during the busy season)

We had a deluxe suite with 3 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 hot tub). Big windows with the view of the strip. Also included in the suites: two 42'' LCD Tvs, electric shoe polisher, minibar etc. The hotel is located directly on the strip. Big casino inside and monorail to access other hotels such as Mirage. Free indoor parking. The hotel also offered security escort from our room to our vehicle at the check-out.

I booked three rooms for the family and requested non-smoking connecting rooms; however, we were given smoking rooms upon arrival. I was told that there weren't any other rooms available.

The point of reservation is to ensure that we get our specified room. After speaking with the manager, rooms suddenly became available. We didn't get connecting rooms; but one on the 8th floor, one on the 18th floor and one on the 29th floor. Hurray for a family trip .. totally ruined night. The room was smelly nor very cleaned. I called housekeeping and they just came to my room to spray deodorizer all over the room and on the bed. Didn't help. Went down to the front desk for assistance but told me that the room is nonsmoking but if guests decided to smoke in there; nothing they could do about it. No other room available; like it or find another place but the charges will not be refunded. WOW .. so much for great customer service.

Regarding the buffet, there was nothing good. The food selections were so horrible; much better eating else where.

Room Tip: Don't fall for the cheap rates .. cheap for a reason.

My husband and I recently stayed at TI for 4 nights to celebrate our 50th birthdays this year. I had some reservations after reading some of the reviews, but we had a very pleasant experience. The tip about asking for a room above the 30th floor was a good idea because we were able to take the express elevator to the top floors without stopping at each one. Also, our room overlooked the strip so we had a wonderful view without the noise since we were so high up. Our non-smoking room seemed to be fairly newly remodeled, it was clean with no smoke smell, and the beds were so comfortable! Of course, I knew there would not be a coffee maker in the room, but Starbucks is right on the corner. We were surprised to learn that TI has discontinued their pirate show and is replacing it with a CVS pharmacy and other stores due to the cost of maintaining the pyrotechnics ($20,000 per show!). The location was the best part - across from the Mirage, Wynn, and the Venetian to name a few. The only downfall of this hotel was the lack of good restaurants within the resort (Kahuanaville could use some updating!) but there were plenty of other places within walking distance. We bought an air/package deal through Southwest airlines which included free tickets to Mystere, a Cirque du Soleil show, which was awesome! Overall, it's a great option if you're looking for a lower-priced hotel in a good location.
