“Good stay”
Reviewed 25 March 2014

Loved the location....on the strip and at the beginning of any action, shopping mall located right across the road. The room was spacious, partial view of the strip. Quiet lobbies, hardly heard any guests. Average buffet. Some of restaurant staff are not very professional. Would stay here again though.

The people at the front desk are nasty. They treated us like we were stupid and we are because we stayed there. Food was okay and when I got out of show I looked up and their was hair and spayed coke all over. Housekeeping got to it right away. Was good location... Be ready for the front desk they are NOT NICE. Keep your guard up.

Room Tip: nasty front desk people

After reading the reviews I did expect more from our visit to Treasure Isles. We booked 3 weeks before nod paid over $110 for our room but we arrived on a Sunday after 6 p.m.and we're told that all the rooms on the upper floors were booked and we had to take a 4th floor room. The 4th floor is the first floor for guest rooms. It was supposed to be overlooking the pool area that sounded okay but was overlooking the roof and spot light display only. Also across from the pop and ice machine so not quiet. If I had walked in off the street and asked for a room I could understand getting a bad location like that but not when I booked weeks ahead. We just arrived on a five hour flight so we were tired and just need to stop dragging our luggage around. We didn't bother it to change the room as the fellow at the front desk said they had nothing else available when we booked in. The hotel was crowded and we had long waits for food and drinks everywhere. Enjoyed the Cirque deSoliel Mystere show. We paid over $110 a night for our rooms.

This hotel is one of the best deals on the Strip. A four star hotel, nightly rates are much much lower compared to the Bellagio and Caesars. Rooms are reasonably sized, maybe slightly smaller than Caesars or Venetian or Pallazzo but enough for most people. Beds were very comfortable and linen clean and high thread count. The valet staff quick and courteous and the check in crew pleasant as well. The hotel is on the strip so nearly all other major casinos are within walking distance,

Downsides are relatively minor. The television is tad on the smaller side. The casino on ground level is a little bit dated compared to the competition. That said, it was still packed on every night I was there.

Overall, this hotel is a solid value. Clean rooms, courteous staff and its on the strip. For what you pay, you cannot go wrong.

Got in late and they didn't have any more rooms at the level we booked, so they upgraded us to a suite for both nights of our stay. A couple of nice restaurants on site. Very nice hotel right on the strip.

The great experience started with the valet drivers, continued with Irene at the front counter, the Kahunaville staff and Barbara at the oxygen bar, Jay at the roulette tables, the maid staff, and ended with Justin at the front counter. My wife and I continue to stay here, and these people make it worthwhile to spend. Thank you very much!
