It was a very nice hotel room, but it is too big the hotel. We were there for four days and I got left lost everyday. It’s on the strip but far down the strip. The rooms nice, the pool is not very kid friendly compared to some other hotels in compared to some of the other hotels. It was only ok.

This hotel's location is great. Right in the middle of the strip. It has many restaurants, shops, and canals. My son loves seeing the gondoliers. It also has a great workout gym, amazing spa, and hair stylists. We basically spend time at the pool and jump over to the Palazzo, Bellagio, or Paris. I also love to see performances every day in the central piazza; have a gelato or have coffee and cake. I would only say the swimming pool cabanas are almost $300.00 and the gondola rides are overpriced. A gondola ride goes for over 90 or 100 dollars and that is what I pay when in Venice, Italy. The Lux Grand Cafe is a great place to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is fast and the average plate is between 13 to 25. The food is great and the portions are usually very big. If you have small children they can probably share with you.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Great places to eat and sit around.

Honestly got lost about 100 times but the staff were great at giving directions.

The pool shuts at 6 which sucks and the buildings are so tall that they block at the sun for the morning. There are only a few beds that get sun all day! So go early and bring a jumper!!!

We stayed at the Venetian for 2 nights, 3 days. Our check in was good. We got to the room, the room was nice even though we barely got any sun light in it. We wanted to take a nap to find out the sheets and 1 pillow cover were dirty. They had a stain we couldn't figure out if it was chocolate or something else. That was just the room. We ordered 2 tooth brushes and extra towels. Room service came with only one tooth brush. The next night, we ordered more towels since we only had gotten 3 towels. We were headed to to the Michael Jackson Cirq. We waited for 30 minutes no one came to deliver the towels so we left. The next day, we had to order tooth brushes since room service re-organized the bathroom. Our tooth brushes never even came. We waited for about 35-37mins. We called the room service and were on hold for a few minutes. We called the front desk and they re-directed our call to room service. After checking out, I called to complain about the service. I was told they cannot do anything since we did not try to complain when we were at the hotel. I asked to get our $45 resort fee refunded since we did not use any amenities. I mentioned we didn't use the pool as it was way too hot.I was told by the front desk manager that cannot be possible. She told me the pool is NOT an amenity. Funny because on their website under "Amenities" the pool is listed. I have attached a screen shot from their website. nice hotel, but room wasn't all that. The manager was very rude. Should have stayed at Cosmo.

Went to Las Vegas for a trade show and stayed at the Venetian.

Hotel continues to invest in its property. Clean, and up to date suites and common areas

The pool is clean and well maintained.

A really good experience. Quick check in and check out.

Courteous staff !!
