We stood in room 12-212.
The bed was like a marshmallow. My back & neck are in extreme pain. That bed was so bad we had to sleep vertically & that was a very slight improvement. The first night someone was confused or drunk or both & they were trying their card to enter our room.
The buffet for dinner was a disappointment. The service at the buffet as you pay was inconsistent. The dinner people never asked for the M - card. The people for lunch did ask. At dinner when asked which was blue cheese or ranch the man was rude. Those small dishes to put the spoons or other utensils were a waste. The food looked like it was so dried up.
The Cafe was a favorite of mine but the service was so so. The server didn't ask what type of potatoes we wanted but asked others. We had to ask for coffee twice & still had to wait.
All I can say is that we always stood ay the Monte Carlo but we are so disappointed with this stay.
