“Good food, right attitude!”
Reviewed 16 May 2014

Daniel's, as you have probably already read, is in the old Regency Casino by the river in Laughlin. The casino is basically one story, in between two huge casinos, and seems to be stuck in the 70's, and that's not all bad. Daniels is tucked away in the corner, and has various nights dedicated to particular foods. We weren't going to be around for the 'Burger Night' (their most popular), so we thought we'd try the 'Taco Night'. Daniels doesn't sell alcohol, but you can purchase a drink from the casino bar and bring it into the restaurant. The waitress was very prompt and friendly, and we ordered immediately. I ordered three tacos; a Shrimp, a Fish, and a Beef taco. My wife ordered two of the Chicken tacos. Along with these, we also ordered a side of rice and a side of beans. The order came quickly and we set to eating. The fish and the shrimp tacos were fantastic, flavorful and full of meat. The beef taco was fine, but just didn't carry the flavor of the other two. My wife was enjoying her chicken tacos, until she got to the second one. After a couple of bites, she opened it and it was a potato taco, instead of chicken. The waitress went to the kitchen and the cook confirmed he had sent out the wrong order. Being as she wasn't that hungry, my wife told the waitress not to order another. The result was the waitress made sure my wife's dinner was removed from the bill. The only downside beyond that was that the beans were very bland and the rice just so, so. Would I go back, absolutely. I usually give a restaurant two tries unless they just don't care about their customers and then they're history. We were treated very well here at Daniels.

“Really great service and great price for a good breakfast”
Reviewed 7 May 2014

Service here is excellent and the breakfast price will not break the bank. 5-10 bucks for a good size standard breakfast. Right next door to the Aquarius in a very small casino

“No complaints ”
Reviewed 6 May 2014 via mobile

My kids loved the mac and cheese, and the chicken tenders. As for the "smokiness" ITS A CASINO. Don't go eat at casinos and expect no smoke. Common sense people. Everything we ate was amazing. Prime rib was delicious. And only 16.99 for a full meal! Clam chowder was creamy and filling. The best part was the service. We will definitely be eating here again!

“Just terrible.”
Reviewed 4 May 2014

We read reviews on trip advisor so thought we should go...bad idea. They were out of ice cream and baked potatoes and they didn't make the soup of the day. It was really poorly ventilated and smokey. It took an hour for our food to come out and when it did it came at different times. The food was not quite as described and the kids Mac and cheese was terrible. Don't go here!

“Just what it is rated "Average"”
Reviewed 18 April 2014

We went for the Friday night all you can eat "fish fry". Some of the fish was good but some pieces were tough. The fries were hot and enjoyable. After the fact we found out you can order different types of potatoes instead of the French fries (wish we had known this ahead of time as it appeared the locals are better informed). The coleslaw was somewhat on the dry side and had an "interesting" flavor, not the usual creamy style. The service was very good even though they were busy and there was a waiting line to get in. Overall a average meal experience.
