This is not anywhere close to an Outback Steak house you may be use too. on April 30, 2010, my girlfriend and i visited to Outback Steak House in the Aquarius casino, and were extremely dissappointd. my girlfriend ordered the filet, she requested it medium, i ordered prime rib medium also. it took probably 45 minutes to an hour before we received our meal. the restuarant wasnt crowded at all it was 4:30pm. any way, my girlfriends filet (I kid you not) appeared as it was two (2) pieces of bolony, smothered in garlic, i tasted it, it was discusting, my prime rib was, (you guessed it) rare as can be.
now when our food was served for some unknown reason the manager came directly to our table, and asked how is everything, well my girlfriend who rarely complains said i ordered a filet and this isnt a filet, I told her my oder was for a medium prime rib and look at all the blood. she took my girlfriends plate back to the kitchen leaving me with mine, and brought her back a real filet but this one was as rare as my prime rib, I told her, we are not eating here just forget it, you people dont know what your doing. so then she brings me my check for the full price. I was pissed, so to make matters better she gave me a 25 dollar gift certificate, I told her I will give it to someone I dont like.
being a local in this area of Laughlin, NV. we heard the horror stories of Outback Steak Housem but reall has to see it for ourselves, well a word to the wise, dont see it for yourself take my word for it. they are unprofessional, they really dont care for your opinion, becasue its in a casino, which mean, people arnt going to frequent it.
anyway, it wasnt the Outback experience I am used to and i am very unhappy. when in Laughlin, I recommend you go to the Bullhead City side of the river, and try the restuarants here.
