I have been going to Laughlin on and off for years the customer service has always been kind of rough. this last visit was a refreshing change. I had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful staff members at the belle I wish I could remember all of their names, but Billy from the bell desk really stands out as a star in my eyes. He was so accommodating even though it was very busy that day, he made us feel that we were the only guest there. It is such a pleasure to really feel respected and appreciated as a customer, which is not always the case in Laughlin.

Going to Laughlin at least 3times a year we would stay at the Colorado Belle but over the years it had not been remodeled as the others have. Have stayed away. This time with what we have heard thought it would be worth another try.

Most of the rooms have been remodeled with nice flat tv's and the rooms are large with beds that are comfortable.

If you go there expecting lots of action Las Vegas it's not. The shows they are bringing in now are top notch. Food is great and has some if not the better deals in town.

If you are not afraid of height suggest you get a room on the top floor found them to be nicer and of course quieter. Worth the stay.

Horrible!! Housekeeping folds towels and linens on hallway carpet that is filthy...stacks them on carpet and blocks guests walking by with luggage, etc..not bothering to get out of your way.

Room Very dark..one lamp on bedside table. Dirty carpet. Broken chair. Dark bathroom. Shower door difficult to open and close.

Hallway carpeting filthy. Saw trash on floors when we checked in and still there 3 days later.

Staff generally unhelpful. Front Desk never picked up when we tried calling it.

Pints micro-brewery - went for breakfast...stood waiting to be seated about 10 minutes before anyone realized we were there. Tables had not been cleared of food, plates, etc from night before!! Bacon undercooked, chicken fried steak nasty, flies all over. Not worth the money charged.

Stay anywhere but here!!!

Booked reservation for 21$/ night w/ comp. Snack & breakfast. Thats awesome that the hotel offers small give aways like that. But didn't get to use it. Snack bar was closed & long line for the dock breakfast.
Check in was fast & very robotic motion. You can definitely tell the fd agents hate their job.
Room was extremely far & confusing to get to. SM 2Q. Room was very nice. Seemed updated (first time staying tho) did not smell like a smoking room. Beds were very comfortable. Flat screen tv w/ cable. Sliding door shower, nice and clean.(Bourbon tower)
Check out was fast & easy. Sucks we can't charge back to room from gift shop.
Definitely would stay again if we had a room w a balcony facing the river. Loved the location, in n out right across. !!! & access to so many hotels. No one should be complaining, especially for the rate! Ü

We just stayed the one night, but the rooms were clean and the bed were very comfortable. I got a good nights rest. The comedienne at the club were hilarious and got the crowd going. The best show I have seen in a long while and the $ 22.00 for the 2 of us was a great price. They have a new show every Friday Saturday and Sunday night. Drinks were reasonable as well.

Room Tip: The AC worked very well as it was 115 outside and about 74 in the room. Non Smoking rooms are in sh...
