We have stayed here a couple of times but it has been about 4 years. First they put the wrong room number on my key holder so when I got to the room it wouldn't open. Housekeeping was nearby so I asked them to help. There was luggage in the room and after a call to the desk I found that our room was actually 6 floors below. Now I had to intercept the bell hop because he was already on his way. The room was spacious enough but nothing in it except a bed, 2 nightstands/dressers and a desk with 1 chair. Now either I or my wife would have to sit on the bed. The TV was on the wall. I went down to the desk to complain and was told that after the remodel that is how they furnished the rooms. I asked if they received other complaints and he said no. I told him I didn't believe that because I had been there before as well as a few other Harrah's and have never stayed in a room so sparsely furnished. He just didn't seemed concerned about my concerns. He did have a sofa chair sent up to the room and the gentleman who delivered it said we were in the cheap tower. I doubt I will stay at this Harrah's again.More
